| With the rapid development of China’s economy, urban development is also changing rapidly, and new urban service facilities demand and service modes are constantly emerging. At the same time, the prevailing situation that planning lags behind development also causes a series of problems in cities, such as imbalance between supply and demand of service facilities, low mixing degree of land use, automob ile dependence, separation of occupation and residence, and loss of community vitality, which affect the process of urban humanization development. As the basic unit of a city, the allocation of community facilities is directly related to the quality of li fe of urban residents.Based on this, this paper takes Shenzhen community as the research object, and proposes a comprehensive accessibility measurement method based on walking and mobile accessibility.A comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the community in Shenzhen was carried out in order to assess the allocation of community resources and provide a scientific basis for future urban planning work. The theory of "living circle" is a theory of urban planning which has been ris ing in recent years. It aims to balance the supply and demand of service facilities and improve the urban life system by establishing different levels of circle life structure and the relationship between circles. This paper summarizes the law of daily life of community residents, and divides community living circle into basic living circle, extended living circle and commuter living circle. The travel rules of different levels of living circle are analyzed, and the evaluation model of living circle based on walking-maneuvering-comprehensive accessibility measurement is established. In this paper, the walking index method is selected as the method of walking accessibility measurement. On this basis, the distance decay function of gravity model is introduced to improve the method, which is used to construct the method of mobile accessibility measurement. The population data,POI data, road network data and taxi GPS trajectory data of Shenzhen community were processed, and the geographic database was established.Through the community and POI data, the walking accessibility of the community is calculated;through the taxi GPS trajectory data, the service power decay function of the selected facilities and the average length of community mobile travel are calculated, and the measurement of community mobile travel is completed. Finally, the comprehensive accessibility index of Shenzhen community is calculated. Finally, the spatial morphological factors such as accessibility POI function density,POI mixing degree, population density, road network density and intersection density are superimposed and analyzed by using the q-statistic method, and the correlation between comprehensive accessibility and these factors is produced. In summary, from the perspective of living circle, this paper constructs a community comprehensive accessibility measurement index method using static POI data and dynamic taxi GPS trajectory data. The index and spatial morphological factors were superimposed to analyze the reasons for the difference in accessibility. It provides a basis for optimizing the allocation and planning of community service facilities in Shenzhen. |
