Research On Bidding Process Management Optimization Of W Construction Project

Under the condition of market economy,the construction project bidding is the behavior that the bidder attracts the contractor to compete fairly through legal procedures and methods,and selects the bidder with superior conditions to complete the project task.The whole process follows the legal constraints of the bidding law and its implementation regulations.With the development of electronic information technology,more and more emerging technologies are applied to the construction process of construction engineering,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is one of them.The application of these new technologies also puts forward more and more strong demand for the adaptive improvement of the bidding process.Under this background,this paper improves and optimizes the bidding process management of W construction project to make it match with the deep application of BIM technology,and provides reference value for the bidding work of other domestic construction projects integrated with BIM technology.Firstly,this paper investigates the application and development of BIM technology in the field of construction engineering at home and abroad,and it finds that there are few researches on bidding documents and scoring rules based on BIM.Secondly,focusing on the problems existing in the process management of the project bidding and tendering of W building,we find that there are some problems in the planning,implementation,evaluation and other stages,such as unclear target demand,unscientific bid evaluation method,poor evaluation effect,and inadequate safeguard measures,then analysis the reason.Then,according to the application requirements of BIM technology in bidding stages of W construction project,from the perspective of government regulators,the optimization is carried out from the bidding,bidding,bid evaluation and other links according to the "PDCA"(Plan,Do,Check and Improve).After the implementation process,bidding demand and BIM application demand are defined,the BIM model and its application in the overall scoring method are mainly analyzed by AHP.The results were evaluated and the improvement measures were put forward.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures in the aspects of organization structure,talent training and software and hardware system.In conclusion,the optimization of the management of the bidding process of construction projects using BIM technology can not only improve the accuracy and integrity of information transmission in the process of bidding,but also promote the application of BIM technology in the whole cycle of construction engineering.
