Application Research Of BIM Technology In Project Bidding Management

Project bidding is an important procurement form of construction projects in China.After decades of development,it has become an important part of the project construction process.With the rapid development of the construction market,China's construction products show the trend of large-scale and complexity,and the amount of information in construction projects has increased significantly.The current bidding work has the problems of poor information transmission and low efficiency.Due to the limitations of traditional bidding technology and evaluation methods,the evaluation of technical schemes is insufficient,and the owners often can not find enough information.The construction unit of Italy.Therefore,it is very necessary to apply BIM and other latest technical means in engineering bidding to solve the practical problems of bidding and to select the winner scientifically for the owners.This paper makes the following research on the application of BIM technology in the bidding stage from the perspective of bidders.This paper investigates the research status of BIM technology and engineering bidding at home and abroad,analyses its relevant principles,discusses the advantages and necessity of BIM technology application in the bidding stage,and analyzes the content and specific ways of BIM application in the bidding stage in detail,in view of the existing problems in the bidding stage in China.Through visiting and investigating,this paper collects the practical data of BIM bidding in various parts of China,summarizes and analyses the BIM bidding procedure and its shortcomings,and designs a new BIM bidding process on this basis.In order to solve the problems of technical evaluation of bidding and tendering,which are not scientific and convenient,the evaluation index and model of BIM are established by applying BIM and big data technology,combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method.Taking No.8 residential building of Yinhai Garden as an example,based on the BIM bidding process established above,the application content of BIM technology in the bidding stage was drilled,and three bidding candidates were selected by BIM evaluation method.Through the study of the above contents,the problems in the application of BIM technology in the bidding stage are put forward,and the relevant countermeasures are given.
