| As a traditional special vehicle manufacturer,S company’s main business is oil equipment,pressure vessels,civil special vehicles,etc.its products can be used in various areas,like emergency rescue,petroleum and petrochemical,electric power,environmental sanitation,tourism and other fields.However,since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,S company’s business has been greatly affected and the number of external orders has been sharply reduced.It was difficult for salesmen to get the first-hand information of the market.In view of this situation,the company’s sales department has paid more attention to the online e-procurement platform.However,due to lack of experience,there was always something wrong in the bidding processes and at last failing to win the bidding.Under this special background,S company has many problems in bidding management,such as the bidding management system is not mature,the bidding strategy is not perfect and so on.Firstly,the process optimization method of BPR(Business Process Reengineering)is used in this article to establish the basic direction.this paper analyzes the basic situation and current situation of S company’s bidding management by literature research analysis.Then,the ECRS method was used to formulate specific optimization scheme on the aspects of organizational structure,decision-making system,workflow node supervision and information management.In addition,on the basis of the actual situation of S company and the comprehensive bidding strategy,this article put forward targeted and flexible countermeasures and suggestions for the bidding management of S Company. |
