Studay On The Vitality Of Commercial Districts Based On Multivariate Data:

Commercial districts is development of block commercial buildings in the process of economic globalization and rapid urbanization,it becomes the catering,leisure,shopping and other activities of people.It promotes the development of urban economy,and plays the role of the core of urban vitality.China’s Commercial districts started later than other countries,but in the past 30 years,China’s Commercial districts has developed rapidly in the of urban construction,forming many famous people-oriented urban Commercial districts such as Shanghai Nanjing road,Xintiandi and Beijing international trade,and becoming a symbol of the charm of the city.But with the development of economy and the popularization of automobiles some problems have arisen,such problems as unbalanced vitality,traffic congestion,single function,chaotic layout and encroachment of large commercial complexes on traditional Commercial districts,which make the urban block space become less popular and inefficient,thus affecting the development of the city.Therefore,reshaping the vitality of urban Commercial districts is an important way to improve urban quality and promote urban prosperity and development.This article will select Jinan Quancheng Road Commercial districts as the research object,based on the theories of commercial districts’ vitality influence factor,to evaluate the elements of the vitality of Commercial districts through spatial syntax,ARCGIS and Excel and so on.Exploring the formation mechanism and building strategies of the vitality of Commercial districts is of great practical significance to the remodeling of the vitality of Commercial districts.Therefore,this study is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1.Mainly introduces the background and significance,research content,research methods,research framework,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad to provide theoretical basis for this study.Chapter 2.It introduces the development history of the case,relevant concepts,and the composition of the vitality of the Commercial districts.The formation of vitality and the relationship between the components of vitality were clarified,which laid a foundation for the later research to determine the research content and indicators.Chapter 3.Based of previous studies,two evaluation dimensions of vitality are determined and corresponding evaluation indexes are selected.The corresponding data processing methods were used to analyze the data,and the commercial districts vitality evaluation system was constructed.Chapter 4.Be the case analysis of Commercial districts vitality assessment.Firstly,the basic situation of Quancheng road Commercial districts is described.Secondly,characteristics and status of block vitality of Quancheng road are analyzed and sorted out quantitativelyChapter 5.Summarize the relevance and proposes the strategy.Comparative analysis of the evaluation results of vitality intensity and components: good location accessibility,optimized block traffic organization,block space with strong identifiability,and rich and diversified functional formats layout of Commercial districts are conducive to the improvement of block popularity.Finally,according to the corresponding conclusions,the strategies for improving block vitality are put forward from four aspects: location accessibility,block traffic organization,space environment and functional business form.Chapter 6.Summary of the paper.This paper mainly summarizes the research conclusions,and the deficiencies in the research process and the prospect of further research in the future.
