The Investigation And Optimization Of The Vitality Of Small Squares In Commercial Central Districts Of Chongqing

After 30 years of urbanization,the urban development model of "increment-led " has gradually become unsustainable.In the next two decades,China’s urbanization will continue to advance,and with the reduction of urban construction land,the urban development is bound to seek the road within the city.As the core area of urban economy and culture,the efficient distribution and utilization of the inner space of the commercial center districts is very important for the future development of the city.And it is also important to design and optimize the small squares that are scattered around in the commercial center districts.This paper takes the small square of chongqing commercial center districts as the research object,starts from the external representation of the square vitality and the key influencing factors,uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis,to study the specific relationship between the vitality of the square and the influencing factors.This paper tries to explore the optimization method which can effectively improve the space vitality of small squareS in the commercial center districts.Firstly,This paper analyzes the characteristics of the squares in the commercial center districts in economy,society,culture and space and its value to urban development and urban life.Then,the artical discusses the space characteristics and the scope of the small squares,and discusses the value of the small squares from the point of efficiency and scale.Then according to the domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the connotation of the squares space vitality,constituent elements,exterior characterization and influencing factors,finally,the artical chooses the population diversity,stop activities multiplicities and density and the staying time as the external indicators of the squares,and chooses the spatial accessibility,spatial morphology,building floor interface,seat,lighting environment and landscape sketch as the key research factors.Then the thesis takes 16 small squares in the four main commercial center districts of chongqing as the specific research objects.and studies its historical evolution,business status and the status;investigates the vitality indicators and influencing factors of 16 squares,obtained the correlation between energy index and influencing factors based on the quantization of data and the correlation analysis between each index;and determines the main influencing factors that influenced the vitality of the squares and its internal relation with vitality.Finally,This paper summarizes and analyzes all the data in the four commercial center districts and puts forward the strategy and methods of optimizing the vitality of small squares in the commercial center districts based on the results of relevant analysis.
