At present,China’s shipbuilding technology is changing with each passing day,and the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry has caused a sharp increase in China’s shipbuilding demand.However,the production process of large ships involves many departments and many manufacturing links,and the pipe processing workshop is an important link in ship manufacturing.The production capacity and schedule directly affect the production progress of the entire ship,and it is many shipbuilding companies to meet the pipe demand in time Recognized difficulties.The straight pipe production line is an important part of the pipe processing workshop.Its intelligence,mechanization and automation are very important.Therefore,the digital twin technology is applied to the straight pipe production line.Based on the research status and characteristics of digital twin and straight pipe production lines,this paper designs a set of digital twin systems for key stations of ship straight pipe production lines,and conducts detailed design around the design and construction process of its component simulation model,controller and warehouse management system.Research,and finally meet the design requirements through simulation process and data analysis.First,combining the analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of the straight pipe production line and the investigation of straight pipe processing technology and procedures,the straight pipe flexible production line stations are divided according to the procedures,the unit composition and main functions of each station are summarized,and each station is Units are 3D modeled according to function and composition.Based on the three-dimensional model of the station unit and the process flow of the overall production line as a reference,a three-dimensional model of the overall straight tube production line is constructed.Secondly,based on the concept and application scenario of digital twins,and the three-dimensional warehouse as a line,a digital twin system for key stations of the ship’s straight pipe production line is proposed.Compare it with traditional systems and introduce its components.The Visual Components software was used to transform the 3D model into a simulation model,and its behavior was programmed with a Python script.Using Beckhoff PLC and Twin CAT software to design the controller system,comprehensively consider the three-dimensional warehouse workflow and structured text programming language and Python script for data communication to achieve the purpose of control and simulation.Then,design and build the upper-level information system-warehouse management system,and integrate the system framework and system interface.The system is divided into modules,and each module is designed and built with C++ programming language and My SQL database.The key processes and logic design of core modules such as the inbound module and the outbound module are designed to ensure the completion of the inbound storage location allocation and the outbound pipe selection.The data communication interface with the controller system is established through the characteristics of the Twin CAT ADS component.Finally,the overall use scope and functions of the system are briefly described.Multi-task instance simulation is performed on the overall process in the order of the inbound process,outbound process,and inventory management.The simulation data is collected and simple analyzed to obtain the component distance and time,Average pipe storage time and time.This paper has certain reference value for the virtual debugging and early verification of the key station design of the straight pipe production line.
