Green pillow cushion packaging is a welcome form in the market in nowadays.So design and achieve a packing equipment solution which Special for air cushion pillow packaging.Meanwhile meet the small footprint,light weight,high-yield packaging equipment is now a popular application areas.However,the traditional air cushion packaging machine adopts mechanical control,pneumatic control and PLC control,which has the problems of large floor space,low production efficiency and high defect rate.With the packaging and material innovation,control parameters are also increasing,generally need to adjust multiple parameters to meet production needs,the traditional control is clearly hard to meet.This paper focuses on the design of an air cushion cushioning packaging equipment with high efficiency in the preparation of inflatable bags.The critical is to control the three parameters: the motor speed,fan air volume,the temperature of the heating wire,only the three parameters with the perfect match in order to seal a bag.Difficulties in research work in high-speed production environment,the heat of the heating wire is the most difficult to control,will lead to a sharp decline in equipment performance.The traditional method is through the heating wire loop series adjustable resistance to achieve the adjustment of the heat,But this method depends on the human experience is relatively large,time-consuming adjustment effort,unable to meet the needs of high-volume production.In this paper,the use of microcontroller technology as the core of the PWM control scheme can not only meet the above three core parameters of the benchmark control,Improve the heating wire heating control accuracy,but also increase the simple and practical human-machine interface,the hopper sensor full box alarm,photoelectric sensor count and other very useful features,A lightweight and efficient packaging machine application design is realized.The structure of this paper is to introduce the development trend of cushion packaging equipment and cushion packaging equipment.Secondly,explain the selection of the main parts of the new type of cushion packaging equipment,And take MC9S12A256 as the controller of the master chip,the peripheral function of the circuit design,Including the smallest single-chip system circuit,brushless DC motor control circuit,brushless DC fan control circuit,heating wire control circuit.Then,complete the hardware schematic,finish the PCB layout.Then,according to the requirements of the control function of the modular application design,the program is divided into several small modules were designed,Including the main program,motor speed calculation subroutine,brake off the electronic program,motor overcurrent protection subroutine,fan speed subroutine and heating wire voltage and current detection subroutine.Finally,we verify the design solution through the test of prototype,the test results show evidence that the design can control the motor speed and the airflow of the fan by PWM,and realize the accurate control of the heating value of the heating wire by the double closed loop of voltage and current.The motor speed,air volume,Wire temperature work together very well and meet the target.
