A Research On Optimization Management Of Reconstruction And Expansion Project For Y Airport Company

Driven by rapid development of China’s transportation industry,the development of the air transportation industry increased the domestic airport traffic flow,and has produced important social benefits and huge economic benefits.As an important part of the national transportation systems,high-quality transportation system is an important part of the national transportation system.In order to create a green and efficient modern logistics system,civil aviation airports have begun to rebuild and expand the airport,including the airport runway,taxiway,apron,etc.How to achieve orderly coordination between the airport reconstruction and expansion process and flight support management has become the key factor affecting the cost,schedule and safety of the whole construction project.Therefore,it appears more frequently in civil airport management,and reasonable and orderly non-stop construction management has become the research direction of airport reconstruction and expansion project management.Using the method of case study,taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Y Airport Phase II and the flight online support operation as an example,this thesis introduces the project management theory into the airport engineering construction project,and analyzes the series management characteristics of Y Airport Phase II reconstruction and expansion construction project by using the common methods and tools of modern project management,safety management and statistical theory,combined with the actual progress of the project in view of the problems existing in non-stop construction,specific solutions are proposed and applied to show the optimization effect and assist the progress of the project.Combined with the impact of the airport flight online operation on the cost,schedule and safety of the reconstruction and expansion project management,an understandable management and control system scheme is discussed.Through the research,this thesis verifies the curability and applicability of the proposed project improvement scheme.This thesis can help Y Airport Company to effectively improve its control ability,and put forward management optimization countermeasures for the whole process of construction project and guarantee operation.Therefore,the research can provide reference and guidance for similar projects of the same industry and the same volume airport.
