Design And Implementation Of Distribution Network Power Outage Plan Management System

Power supply services are the core functions of power companies,and power outages will cause the economic and social benefits of power companies to decline.With the continuous improvement of the automation level of power systems,information technology-based power outage plan management is called the important content of power enterprise distribution network management.Sichuan Power Company’s current blackout plan management still uses manual analysis and release management methods,which has the problems of low management efficiency and low timeliness of release.In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings,this thesis designs and implements a blackout plan management system.In the system,through the SG-CIM interaction standard,the basic data required for the power outage plan management is obtained from the PMS system,the power marketing system and the power 95598 service system,and the fault location algorithm based on the FTU unit signal and the alarm signal of the distribution transformer equipment Based on the location and analysis of the power outage,the SG-CIM interaction standard was used to release the power outage plan to the 95598 power system.In the system development,Java Web technology,Baidu Map plug-in technology,and Oracle database technology are mainly used to divide the power outage plan into failure,repair,planning,and marketing outage plans,and design and develop corresponding management functions.Therefore,the function of the system is divided into four functional modules: fault-type power-off plan management,maintenance-type power-off plan management,planning-type power-off plan management,and marketing-type power-off plan management.In this thesis,the system needs analysis,technology selection,function design,fault location algorithm design,and function implementation and testing work are researched.And the technical scheme design and development ideas of the system,and tested and verified the system are also comprehensively researched and introduced as follow.The outage plan management system has been deployed within the company.The system can automatically obtain the power distribution network fault information,customer repair information,etc.required for the power outage plan management from the PMS system,power marketing system,and power 95598 service system.Themanagement efficiency of the company’s power outage planning business is improved.
