| The "14th Five-Year Plan" period is a critical period for my country to achieve low-carbon development.The "14th Five-Year Plan" clearly requires the achievement of the goal of "stabilizing and decreasing carbon emissions after peaking" by 2035.The energy development process has moved from total expansion to a new stage of improving quality and efficiency as China’s economic development enters the new normal.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the goal of "widely forming a green production and life style,and achieving a s Tableand s Tabledrop after carbon emissions reach the peak" is clearly proposed in 2035.Energy conservation renovation of existing buildings has always been one of the important work of energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction field,and public buildings have the largest stock and the strongest function in the existing buildings.The energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings is of great significance to the early realization of the goal of “carbon neutrality and carbon peaking” and the promotion of sustainable social development.This article takes the existing office buildings in Shenyang as the research object,and addresses the problems of aging of existing public buildings,lack of energy consumption data,and poor energy-saving effects.Explore the green energy-saving renovation technology of office buildings in severe cold areas,analyze the energy-saving effects and economic benefits of various renovation plans,a relatively complete set of energy-saving renovation plans have been formed to provide a reference for the practice of energy-saving renovation of existing office buildings in Shenyang.First of all,according to the physical geography and climate characteristics of Shenyang area,this article conducts research on the existing office buildings in Shenyang through Internet search,field visits,and questionnaires.The situation and existing problems of more than 80 office buildings of different types,sizes,and functions are summarized.Combined with the research situation,it summarizes the problems that may affect energy consumption in Shenyang area in terms of envelope structure,heating and cooling equipment use,and indoor and outdoor environments.Secondly,a model for a typical target building was built using Dest energy consumption simulation software to set meteorological parameters,indoor parameters,enclosure structure,indoor thermal disturbance,air conditioning system start and stop data and other data according to the actual situation to simulate the building’s annual cumulative cooling and heating load,Explore the energy consumption and thermal characteristics of office buildings in Shenyang area.Thirdly,in response to the existing office building problems found in the survey,a relatively complete set of green and energy-saving reconstruction design strategies for office architecture sui Tablefor the Shenyang area are proposed from three aspects: outdoor environmental green renovation,envelope design upgrade,and indoor environment optimization.Based on the principles of low consumption,energy conservation,environmental protection,and pollution elimination,the design and analysis of energy-saving transformation are carried out on various factors such as water utilization,house orientation,exterior walls,doors and windows,shading facilities,indoor natural ventilation,and photoacoustic environment.Finally,the cumulative load and energy efficiency ratios of buildings under different renovation plans are compared.Based on the Dest building model,the economic benefits of each combination plan are analyzed,and the overall energy-saving renovation plan that is most sui Tablefor existing office buildings in Shenyang area is selected.The research results provide theoretical basis and reference cases for the further development of existing energy-saving renovation work in the Shenyang area in the future. |
