| Building energy saving is an important part of national energy strategy in China, green building is one of the key work of building energy saving strategy, and one of the five development philosophies of "13th Five Year Plan" in China.Green building in China has maintained explosive growth, however, the energy saving effect research is very scarce, and energy saving effects have different opinions, even existing the statement of "green building(energy saving building)don’t save energy", the research of the green buildings’actual energy saving effect is in urgent need Therefore, the purpose of this study evaluating the real energy saving effect of green office building in our country based on the measured data.The study adopts the benchmark building energy consumption evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process AHP, researching the real energy-saving effect of green office building in hot summer and cold winter area.The benchmark building energy consumption evaluation method is used to compare the building energy consumption and system energy efficiency indexwith the evaluation benchmark;Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is systematic evaluation methods, they can be used in the overall comprehensive evaluationon the basis of individual index evakluation.The main research results include:first, building the building energy conservation effect evaluation index system, including building energy consumption index, system energy efficiency index, building energy consumption index can be divided into the overall energy consumption, energy consumption of each component; system energy efficiency index refers to air-conditioning system energy efficiency, including refrigeration system cooling water energy efficiency, chilled water and air-conditioning energy efficiency etc;Second, the actual value measurement and evaluation method of the building energy conservation effect evaluation index, the measured values of energy consumption is mainly through respective measurement,the system energy efficiency index can be calculated through the related formulas according to the monitoring parameter data, at the same time, the basic value of building energy consumption and system energy efficiency index can be divided into 5 levels, and the level of each single index can be obtained;Third, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), can integrate the individual index evaluation for the overall comprehensive evaluation;Fourth, the case analysis proves the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method. |
