Study On Street Space Optimization In Dadong Area Based On Vitality Evaluation

Streets are the public space most closely related to the lives of residents.In the past,the street space paid too much attention to the traffic of vehicles,but selectively neglected to view the streets from the scale and perspective of people.Compared with the new built-up areas,the old city spatial attraction of the streets is low,the residential problem is increasingly prominent,residents lack a sense of identity with the places,it is difficult for the street interest points to attract people,and the places of historical relics have not been protected and reused accordingly.In such a background,it is necessary to evaluate the vitality of the old city in the industrial city,find out the reasons for the lack of vitality in the old city streets,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.This paper arranges the relevant theories and methods of street research,and clarifies the source and connotation of street vitality.In terms of the vitality of the street,the street in Dadong area as the research object will first start from the two aspects of the surrounding environmental elements of the street and the own characteristics of the street itself.Based on diversified data,using the street view pictures to measure the dynamic elements intelligently.Through the abstraction of the local spatial characteristics,the overall image perception database of the street location,traffic accessibility,business form,physical characteristics and physical comfort is constructed to quantify the vitality of the street.Secondly,the dynamic constituent elements of the street enter Line correlation analysis,analysis of the main factors affecting the street vitality,and the corresponding degree of influence.From the overall point of view of the street as a whole,the distance to the nearest business circle,POI function density,street length,street openness and street enclosure are the sensitivity factors affecting the vitality of the street.In the POI function density,the catering density,shopping and leisure density and street vitality have a significant positive correlation.According to the specific problem type and influencing factors,the harmonious area and the auspicious area of the two dynamic optimization,put forward street improvement way,create the corresponding place atmosphere,and gradually promote the transformation of the surrounding street space,to achieve the area of the overall improvement and quality of the street,to change the industrial urban area life single The boring look,but also hope to provide inspiration for other similar street research.
