Under the background of automobile electrification,the proportion of electronic technology is increasing in electric vehicles.As the core of electric vehicle air conditioning system,air conditioning controller has more and more complex functions and higher electrical complexity.As a result,the test development cycle of electric vehicle air conditioning controller becomes longer and the test difficulties become more prominent.Aiming at the single test function of air conditioner controller and the difficulty of strategy test breaking away from the test problem of real vehicle test,the decision table test method and the test case auto-generation method based on genetic algorithm are applied to the function test and strategy test of air conditioner controller respectively,and a reasonable test case is designed.Through the combination of self-designed test system and two test methods,the test validation of the whole test system in the function test and strategy test of air conditioning controller is achieved.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Firstly,the key technologies of electric vehicle air conditioning controller testing are studied.The working principle of the air conditioner controller is analyzed,and the decision table test method and test case auto-generation method in the key test technology theory are analyzed in detail,and the requirements of the test system are clarified.2.Secondly,based on the analysis of key technologies and summary of test system requirements,the specific test methods of air conditioning controller are further analyzed.The decision table test method is used for the function test of air conditioning controller,and the design of 10 kinds of electrical function test cases for air conditioning controller is achieved.For the strategy test of air conditioning controller,genetic algorithm is improved and applied to generate test cases automatically.Taking the test of heating control strategy as an example,program static analysis,fitness function establishment,program stuffing to be tested,natural selection and individual cross-variation are carried out.The final output test case completely covers all paths in the heating policy program.3.Then,according to the requirements of the test system,the hardware and software design of the air conditioning controller test system is completed.The design includes the architecture design of the test system,the building of PXI hardware platform,the design of PC interface and data processing program of the test system,and the self-designed test system is implemented.4.Finally,the test environment is set up to verify and analyze the test system.Electrical functions of air conditioning controllers are tested and verified,test path of air conditioning controller heating strategy is verified by test,and the data from functional and policy tests are analyzed.The experimental results show that the test system can realize the hardware function of the controller.For air conditioning controller policy tests,the automatically generated test cases can override the corresponding program paths in the execution program of the heating policy.Based on the test results,the requirements of the air conditioning controller test system proposed in this paper on its function test and strategy test are realized.
