Design Of Test System For Vehicle Air Conditioning Controller

Air conditioning controller must go through the basic function of detection before leave the factory,and the original detection method has the process of cumbersome,low efficiency,reliability is not high and other shortcomings,so this paper designed a semi-automatic test system for air conditioning controller.The semi-automatic test system consists of the upper computer and the lower computer.The computer is used as the host computer.The lower part is composed of an air conditioner controller and an external detection device.The external detection device is used as an auxiliary testing tool to participate in the detection.Test system testing items include speed control PWM signal,drive relay power signal,temperature signal,fault signal four categories.This topic chooses the PIC18F4585 single chip microcomputer as the control chip of the external detection device,and then divides the module according to the test function to be realized by the external detection device,and designs the peripheral hardware circuit according to the module.Software part,the preparation of air conditioning controller and external detection device within the test program,with VB.NET language design PC interface and communication interface.After the test platform of the testing system is set up,the randomly selected air conditioning controller is tested and the detection index is based on the requirements of the manufacturer and the actual experimental conditions.The test results show that the detection system successfully detects the signal parameters of the air conditioning controller output,and the parameters meet the detection indexes.
