With the booming progess of the smart grid,the traditional communication methods in the electricity information acquisition system no longer meet the electricity demand.So the State Grid Corporation of China put forward a new communication methodbroadband micro-power wireless communication system(BMP).To achieve the goal of the interconnection between BMP devices,it is necessary to start the conformance test of its physical layer during the development phase of the protocol to guarantee regular interaction between BMP modules.Therefore,this thesis conducts research on the conformance test for BMP physical layer.Firstly,this thesis introduces the application scenarios and framework of the BMP protocol.Then the descripition content is the concepts and methods of conformance test,including the application of Testing and Test Control Notation version 3(TTCN-3)in conformance test.Secondly,the test indicators and their requirements of physical layer are analysed.And through thinking over the features of test indicators of physical layer such as state tnansition,data validity and boundary of data value,a test scheme named Hybrid Finite State Machine(HFSM)that combines Finite State Machine(FSM),equivalence class division and boundary value analysis is proposed.Then by sonsidering the features and demands of functional test and performance test in detail,the conformance test scheme and test set for functional and performance of physical layer are designed,which can satisfy the requirements of test coverage.Then according to the test requirements design and implement the conformance test system for BMP physical layer.Comprehensively considering the test requirements of test indicators and laboratory resources,appropriate hardware devices are selected to accomplish the framework design of the hardware platform.Based on modular and layering design ideas the test software platform is carried out,whose various module functions are realized with development tools such as TITAN and Qt.In the end,the test system is validated by the means of construct of real test environment.The analysis of test results shows the conformance test system for BMP physical layer can satisfies the conformance requirements of the protocol and conduct conformance tests on the BMP communication module.From the research and implement about the conformance test system for BMP physical layer in this thesis,it has showed that the system can validate the implement of the physical layer protocol at the stage of protocol development,which effectively guarantes the conformance between the protocol implement and the protocol standard.The system also provides methods and paltform for the follow-up conformance test for BMP physical layer.
