Research And Implementation Of MVB Conformance Testing Equipment

With the technical innovation of the research field of the world's high-speed railway,the full coverage of the intelligent communication equipment on the train is required.With the improvement of the train intelligent integration,at the same time,it also need to ensure that all levels of intelligent communication device have high compatibility and network operating system.As a result,the major domestic and international train manufacturers are constantly studying the train communication equipment to meet the requirement of safety,stability and reliability.Therefore,in order to improve the compatibility of each productthe major manufacturers of equipment need to operate the conformance test of productwhich must meet the IEC61375-2 standard.This topic mainly aims at the conformance testing of MVB equipment research and design.In order to complete a comprehensive test of MVB equipment,while simplifying the manual test operation,which is able to achieve a more intelligent,efficient testing process.In the research of IEC61375-1 train communication network protocol and on the basis of current situation of the development of MVB equipment,I made a needing survey for various equipment vendors of the MVB conformance testing,finally summarized two major categories,which differs four sorts of test content,and each step is carried out by the standards of the IEC61375-2 conformance testing.Thought the study and research,I made the design scheme to improve the efficiency of manual test,which combines the MVB conformance testing platform interface with the test unit.As to the hardware parts,the function module design have the CPU board,RLC circuit test,load simulation circuit and switch control circuit respectively,finished with the test unit,whose central processor is the STM32F103ZET6 micro-controller.The software part includes:conformance testing operation platform interface and software design of test unit,which via a serial port communication to achieve the command control and data transmission between each other.On the base of using existing TCN network control equipment to build this testing platform,the electrical characteristics of MVB equipment and data link layer communication capability are tested and analyzed by using the MVB device conformance testing unit and the test operation platform as well.Finally,the testing operation platform is connected to the printer,printed out the contents and generated a detailed conformance test report of MVB testing equipment.The research of this subject has laid a practical foundation for the realization of automated intelligent testing.It gets rid of the restraint of the artificial test,reduces the error of the manual test,but also improves the efficiency of the consistency test.
