Research On Outdoor Environment Renewal Strategy In The Reconstruction Of Old Residential Communities

Nowadays,China’s urban construction has shifted from the era of large-scale demolition and reconstruction to the era of stock renewal.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the change of living habits and lifestyle,people have put forward higher and higher requirements for the living conditions.People no longer confine their attention to the indoor living environment,but start to turn their attention to the outdoors,hoping to have a good,pleasant and comfortable outdoor environment in the residential area while enjoying a comfortable indoor living environment.However,due to the limited economic and technological level and other factors,the outdoor environment quality is generally low.Coupled with the long-term lack of subsequent maintenance,the dilapidated outdoor environment and outdated supporting facilities of today’s old communities have been unable to meet the growing material and spiritual needs of residents.In recent years,the state and the government have carried out a series of work for on the old community,but these projects are mainly for the building itself,and rarely involve the outdoor environment of the community.In addition,the top-down and unified renovation mode of the government makes it difficult to carry out targeted renovation according to specific problems in the community.With this as the background,this paper,by summarizing and studying relevant works and literatures,sorts out the development and evolution process of theories related to residential planning and outdoor environment at home and abroad,analyzes the renovation and renewal practice methods of outdoor environment of residential areas at home and abroad,and takes this as the theoretical basis to study the outdoor environment of old residential areas in Shijingshan.To carry out in-depth investigation on the outdoor environment of the old community in Shijingshan.Through field investigation,questionnaire,random interview and other methods,the existing problems of the outdoor environment in the old community in Shijingshan are classified and summarized into four aspects,such as activity site,road traffic,greening landscape and infrastructure.And according to the specific situation of the community,this paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve the outdoor environment of the old community,in order to provide some useful references for the renovation and renewal of the outdoor environment of the old community in the future.This study is divided into three parts,including five chapters:The first part(Chapter 1 and Chapter 2)introduces the research background,research significance and research methods,sorts out and summarizes the development and practice of domestic and foreign residential outdoor environment related theories,as the basis for the following research.The second part(Chapter 3)describes the renewal and transformation of Shijingshan old community and outdoor environment,and through field investigation,questionnaire analysis and interviews,it summarizes the current problems in all aspects of the outdoor environment of Shijingshan old community in detail.The third part(Chapter 4 and Chapter 5)through the theoretical and practical case analysis and reference,aiming at the current situation of Shijingshan old residential area,proposed the renovation principles and renovation strategies for specific problems,and drew a conclusion.
