Research On The Standardized Design Of Rural Housing Type In Central Inner Mongolia

The purpose of this paper is to solve many problems,such as disordered design and disordered development of rural housing type,idle space and insufficient functions in central Inner Mongolia,at the same time it responds the country industrialization of housing development and intensive rural land resources urgent demand.The research direction of standardized design of rural housing type in central Inner Mongolia is put forward.The premise of the promotion and application of rural housing industrialization in rural areas is the standardization of rural housing type.Therefore,this paper takes this as the research content,and also intensely obtains the standardized housing type suitable for the use of rural houses in the central Inner Mongolia.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of the paper,and expounds the purpose and significance of the research.Through the research on the standardization of rural housing type,the gap in the standardized design of rural housing type in the central Inner Mongolia region can be filled.It also provides reference materials for the future upgrade and development of rural industrial housing in central Inner Mongolia.Secondly,the concept and content of residential building standardization,as well as the research status of agricultural housing type standardization at home and abroad are elaborated in detail.It also analyzes the necessity of standardization research on rural housing type in rural areas.At last,four standardized design methods are discussed.The basic interfamily type combination method suitable for middle Inner Mongolia rural area is selected as the combination method of rural housing type standardization.Then,the field research data of rural housing in central Inner Mongolia is summarized on this basis.It also analyzes and summarizes the changes of each functional space area,the size of furniture and facilities,the way of layout and activities in rural residential buildings.All the above factors are reflected in the standardized design of rural housingtype and based on the theory of anthropometry.The standard size and layout of each functional space of rural housing in central Inner Mongolia are determined.Finally,taking the rural housing in the central region of Inner Mongolia as an example,the standard functional modules are combined through modular combination.Aiming at different ways of living and production,the standardized design of family type is carried out for rural families in Inner Mongolia.
