Study On The Classification And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Landscape In Shenbei Area

As the new requirements about specialized and localized for rural features by the policy of Rural Revitalization during the 19 th National Congress convening by the Communist Party of China,Practical operation of rural appearance has developed rapidly as well as research based on paper.Taking the villages in Shenbei New District as the research object,this paper analyzes the classification and spatial distribution characteristics of multi-factor rural features by constructing a system to evaluate the rural features and shows our result of classificating and optimizing the rural styles,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly,based on the research results of domestic and overseas,referring to the previous studies on the influencing factors of rural features,evaluation system,protection and development strategies,construction mode and other aspects,the concept of rural features is clarified,and the core connotation of rural features structure system is determined combined with relevant theories.Secondly,established the evaluation system of rural landscape.By summarizing the practical cases of rural landscape,this paper summarizes the core elements affecting rural landscape,construct the evaluation system of rural scenery as the basic framework of the evaluation index system;combine the relevant literature of rural scenery with the guidelines.according to the frequency of use and expert questionnaire suggestions,selects 18 specific elements of rural landscape evaluation;uses the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method According to the Philippine method,the weight of each sub index is judged,the scoring method and evaluation standard are set,and the quantitative results of each village style in Shenbei New District are obtained,and finally formed the rural style evaluation system.Thirdly,according to the results of quantization,puts effort into classificating and distributing of rural landscape from both the whole and classification levels.Based on the evaluation results of various village landscape elements,the paper further proposes a delimit method for village landscape,and determines the style types of 74 villages in Shenbei New District.Finally,according to the type of rural features,this paper puts forward the improvement and optimization scheme of the features,the corresponding promotion strategies for different features types,and the empirical research...
