Research On The Measurement Of Prefabricated Building Quota

The development of prefabricated buildings in our country is still in its infancy.The types of prefabricated part are less.There are trial quotas at present,but the quota items are divided roughly.With the development of prefabricated buildings,the types and models of prefabricated part will also increase significantly.So the quota system needs constant improvement.Thereby form a normal document of the cost of prefabricated construction projects.Besides,there are improvements of the economic benefits for construction enterprises.The prefabricated construction method is the reconstruction of the construction process.After combing the construction process of prefabricated concrete structure,formed a set of methods for the determination of the quota consumption of prefabricated buildings.In the data collection phase,the consumption of labor and mechanical adopted working day realism,and the material consumption adopted on-site observation method.In order to improve the accuracy of the collected data,each set of data was collected from2-3 dimensions.Established indicator system on the basic data,and analysis by SPSS for data collection.Later,the output data and visual graphs will be used to determine each factor final consumption.For example,applied the method to the prefabricated concrete residential project.Among them,the exterior wall panel installation and wall sleeve grouting belong to quota modification.It has certain reference value to modification quota;the warehouse under the wall is a supplement to the original quota after combing construction process as a new quota,and can be directly used as a reference in later application.The method has universal applicability.The measurement can provide reference for the building cost of prefabricated buildings.Figure 17;Table 18;Reference 47...
