Research On Establishment Of Prefabricated Building Quota System

The traditional construction industry has problems such as low productivity,high energy consumption,many engineering quality and safety problems,large environmental impact,and insufficient labor supply.This requires changes in building production methods to better meet the needs of economic transformation.The construction of prefabricated buildings has gradually become the direction of transformation of China's construction industry and the basis for realizing green buildings.However,due to the differences in the technical level of local enterprises,the implementation of quotas is different,and the prefabricated building quota system has not been perfected.Quota as an important basis for pricing management is an important part of the implementation of economic responsibility system.The current quota system does not fully cover all the contents required for prefabricated building measurement,and it is not fully applicable to the development needs of fabricated buildings.Building quota system to adapt to the rapid development of assembly buildings.This paper combines the development of domestic quota and the classification of current construction engineering quota system,and sorts out the basic theories and methods of the construction of the fixed-architecture system.The system dynamics theory,system engineering theory and methodology provide the theoretical basis for the construction of the quota system.Analyze the characteristics of the quota system and the factors affecting the construction of the quota system,explain the demand situation of the prefabricated building quota system,and formulate the demand analysis table.Explain the construction principles and methods of the prefabricated building quota system,study the method of adopting the quota project in the prefabricated building quota system,and analyze the level and timing of the quota architecture.Then,six dimensions are divided into the preparation,design and operation phases of the construction of the quota system,and a method that can comprehensively cover all the quota architectures is formed.Secondly,the use cycle of the prefabricated building quota system is analyzed by probability theory and mathematical statistics.On the basis of completing the construction of the prefabricated building quota system,the implementation process of the prefabricated building quota system is discussed from three aspects:system establishment,system evaluation and system optimization.Finally,the four operational mechanisms of the prefabricated building quota system are analyzed,and the corresponding recommendations for the implementation of the quota system are given.The prefabricated building quota system is a positive response and implementation of the country's vigorous promotion of the prefabricated building development policy.From the simple growth of one-sided economic benefits to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the construction industry,it is an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Studying the construction method of China's prefabricated building quota system is of great significance for coordinating the market operation mechanism of China's fabricated building field and ensuring the safety and quality of China's prefabricated building construction.
