In his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC),called for speeding up the reform of the system for promoting ecological progress.In August 2005,he put forward the important conclusion that "clear waters and green mountains are golden hills and silver mountains",and explained the relationship between ecological construction and economic development.As General Secretary Xi Jinping put it,"We need both clear waters and green mountains and mountains of gold and silver."In rural planning and development,the advantages of ecological environment should be transformed into the advantages of ecological economy.This article selects the typical landscape pattern characteristics-"green water castle peak" eight ridge area of jingzhou city hills village as the research object,on the basis of the ecological control,to explore the space of jingzhou city eight ridge hills village characteristics and the influence of dynamic factors,put forward two mountain theory perspective of village space layout strategy,and applied to eight ridge hills suffering.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the background,purpose,significance and innovation of the research content,defines the concept of this paper and lists the research framework.The second part is the study of basic theories.It studies the relevant research review and practice progress at home and abroad,sorts out the theories related to this paper,and analyzes the particularity of rural development from the perspective of the theory of two mountains.Finally,it summarizes the relevant practices at home and abroad.The third part is the in-depth study of the influencing factors.The third chapter introduces the situation of Balingshan Town in Jingzhou City,and discusses the spatial characteristics of Balingshan Town,including the analysis of landscape pattern resources,the change of spatial form and the factors related to villages.Finally,the spatial demand of villagers is analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that influence the rural spatial layout of Balingshan Town.The paper also discusses the interaction between the theory of two mountains and other influencing factors,which lays a foundation for further research on rural spatial layout strategy.The fourth part is the research of the strategy.In the fifth chapter,the rural spatial layout strategy based on the perspective of the theory of two mountains is studied,the influencing factors of the rural spatial development of Balingshan Town are analyzed and the strategy of rural spatial layout is put forward,and the overall idea of protecting "green water and green mountains" and forming "golden and silver mountains" is put forward.In the fifth part,three villages of typical significance in Balingshan Town of Jingzhou City are selected.According to their development,different spatial layout approaches are proposed,including: Optimize the ecological pattern,form the production space layout and village operation strategy,so as to promote the sustainability of rural development from the perspective of the Two Hills Theory,solve the practical dilemma of the lack of land resources for production space,and provide reference for the spatial layout of other villages from the perspective of the Two Hills Theory.
