Study On The Planning And Desig Of Rural Revitalization In The Shallow Mountain Area At The North Foot Of Dabie Mountain,Xinyang

In recent years,the author has participated in the rural precise poverty alleviation and the rural revitalization project related Planning Design Research,and has accumulated some experiences.The field investigation,planning and design of rural revitalization in the Shallow Mountain area of the northern foot of Dabie Mountains were carried out for a period of two years.Through the big data platform,this paper makes statistics on the distribution of resources in the shallow mountain areas at the northern foot of Dabie Mountains,and combines the research results of the rural revitalization planning and design collected earlier by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,this paper focuses on the planning and design of rural revitalization in the Shallow Mountain area of the northern foot of Dabie Mountains by using the methods of literature investigation,field investigation,induction and deduction.The content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly consists of a large number of theoretical and excellent case studies in the early stage.Through combing the relevant studies at home and abroad,we can find loopholes in the relevant studies on rural revitalization,and determine the research direction of this topic.The second part is mainly about the construction of the rural revitalization evaluation system and the research of the evaluation method.Through the weighted average method,the five first-class indicators and 15 factors affecting the rural revitalization are assignedand optimized respectively,in the form of column Chart,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of rural revitalization in the Shallow Mountain areas at the northern foot of Dabie Mountains,Xinyang.The third part mainly finds out the existing problems of rural revitalization in the Shallow Mountain area of the northern foot of Dabie Mountains Xinyang through the current situation evaluation,that is,the serious fragmentation of resources,the lack of overall planning,the shortage of infrastructure,the larger ecological environment problems;The public service facilities are not perfect,the collective cohesion is not strong,the scientific and technological innovation is not enough,the personnel training is difficult 4 big problems,and in view of the above found problems respectively put forward the overall planning of resources,the rational layout of the industry,the improvement of infrastructure,strengthen ecological protection and restoration,improve public service facilities,enhance core cohesion,strengthen science and technology construction,train new talents,four rural revitalization strategy.The fourth part mainly applies the empirical law of the planning and design of rural revitalization in the shallow mountain areas in the northern foot of Dabie Mountains,Xinyang,to the planning and design of rural revitalization in the shallow mountain areas in the southern part of Qingshan town,to carry out in-depth and detailed planning and design,and verify the results of earlier research,for the future Xinyang Dabie Mountains north foothill rural revitalization provide a reference basis.The innovation of this paper is to integrate the resources of the shallow mountain areas in the northern foot of Dabie Mountains and study the planning and design of the rural revitalization in the shallow mountain areas in the northern foot of Dabie Mountains from the perspective of rural revitalization.
