With the diversification of social development,more attention is paid to the comprehensive quality and innovative ability of talents.The state calls on colleges and universities to cultivate morality,master the laws of student growth,and promote the overall development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art.In the new era,students are pursuing more individualization and diversification.The traditional higher education system of our country is influenced by the Soviet model,which restricts students’ social ability and social adaptability.In recent years,society and schools have begun to actively explore new educational management models to cope with these problems,and residential college system is one of its development directions.The residential college system draws on the European and American residential college system and the spirit of traditional Chinese culture.It uses college student dormitories as a platform,integrates professional education and general education,encourages students to communicate with each other,creates a learning and living community,and cultivates students’ independent learning ability,interpersonal skills and good moral education quality.The residential college system originated in France,developed maturely in the United Kingdom and the United States,and is now implemented in many first-class universities in the world.The residential college system of colleges and universities in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan developed earlier in China.In recent years,many colleges and universities in the Mainland have started to implement or are in the process of experimenting.As the education system changes,campus construction will also change.However,as the important carrier of residential college system-the student dormitory building,it is difficult to meet the physical space requirements that are coordinated with the concept of the residential college system.Since most of the residential college system colleges and universities in China use the original traditional student dormitories or rebuild and expand on its basis,a small number of newly-built residential college system college dormitories are still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to make college student dormitory buildings and residential college system of ideas is a topic worthy of discussion.Based on the above research background,this article takes college student dormitories as the research object,uses methods such as induction and case analysis to explore the design strategies of college student dormitory buildings under residential college system model,with a view to the college or ordinary college students who will soon implement residential college system The dormitory design brings some inspiration and thinking.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and framework.The second chapter is an overview of related research on the residential college system.It mainly analyzes the origin and development of the residential college system at home and abroad,and summarizes the concept,characteristics and main functions of the modern residential college system in China.The third chapter is about the development of college student dormitory under residential college system model.It mainly analyzes the development process and characteristics of the dormitory buildings in colleges and universities at home and abroad,as well as the limitations of traditional domestic dormitories,and summarizes the principles of the design of dormitories in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is the research on the design strategy of college student dormitory under the residential college system mode.Mainly from the overall planning,spatial layout,spatial organization,functional composition,place atmosphere,road organization and landscape environment analysis,the construction of the college student dormitory architecture design strategy under the residential college system model.The fifth chapter is the design demonstration: the student dormitory design project of Changjiang Vocational College of Arts and Engineering.This chapter is a practical demonstration of the architectural design strategy of college student dormitory summarized in fourth chapter.The six chapter is the conclusion and outlook.Summarize the thesis research,point out the innovations and shortcomings,and look forward to the future college education management model and the architectural design of the college student dormitory.
