Research On The Darn Strategy Of Industrial Heritage In The Context Of Urban Renewal

In the 1990 s,with the acceleration of my country’s urbanization process,the gradual expansion of the city,the implementation of the "retreat from two to three" project,etc.,left a large amount of industrial heritage in the central part of the city.Industrial enterprises originally located on the fringe of the city gradually occupied the central area of the city in the process of urban expansion.The value of these industrial heritage is often overlooked and destroyed,and even the industrial heritage of some historical and cultural relics protection units has rapidly disappeared with the process of urbanization.Reasonable protection and renewal of urban industrial heritage is of urgency for the preservation and continuation of urban history and culture.Handan is an important industrial base in Hebei Province.The city’s industrial development has a long history,with a large number of industrial cultural relics,a wide regional distribution,and rich types of industrial production.These industrial structures reflect the splendor of Handan’s historical economic construction and carry the historical memories and strong emotions of the local people.They are the citizens of Handan.Indispensable memory.With the development of modern technology and the progress of industrial civilization,enterprises are facing a situation of continuous transformation and upgrading.Handan Iron and Steel Group,located in the Fuxing District of Handan City,as a pillar enterprise of Handan,has made outstanding contributions to the development of Handan in different periods.Nowadays,the factory area located in the downtown area has also brought great pressure to the current development of Handan city.Through the research on the theory of urban darning,this paper is based on the material and intangible aspects of the industrial heritage protection and renewal design strategy of the Han-Steel Area.Research,analyze and study the theory of urban darning and the "industrial heritage transformation and revival"-a comparative analysis of the six entries in the Han-Steel Area Urban Design International Masters Invitational Competition,and use this as a theoretical support and authoritative practical method,in order to compare the theory of urban darning The exploration of urban industrial heritage protection and renewal strategies,and an empirical analysis of it through the Yangquan Cultural and Creative Park in Shashi,Jingzhou.This thesis will be divided into five chapters: First,the first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the research background of the thesis from the current situation,background and purpose of the research at home and abroad,and formulates the research framework of the thesis to facilitate the subsequent research content.Get ready for deployment;second chapter is an overview of related theories,sorting out and defining the historical development of the main subject "urban darning theory" and "industrial heritage" discussed in the article.The research object of this article is represented by the Han-Steel area.The research on the protection and renewal of urban industrial heritage provides theoretical support;again,Chapter 3 mainly elaborates the analysis of typical domestic and foreign case studies combining urban darning theory with urban renewal and historical protection,showing the feasibility and effectiveness of urban darning theory in urban renewal It puts forward the content and principles of the urban darning theory,and provides a methodology for the protection and renewal of the industrial heritage of the Han-Steel Area;then in Chapter 4,the current situation of the industrial heritage of the Han-Steel Area is introduced,and the International Masters Invitational Competition for Urban Design The six entries were compared,analyzed and sorted out and used as theoretical support and authoritative practical methods,discussed the urban industrial heritage protection and renewal strategy based on the urban darning theory,and provided protection and renewal for the urban industrial heritage protection and renewal similar to the Han-Steel area.Renewed specific strategies and conducted empirical analysis on them through the Yangquan Cultural and Creative Park in Shashi,Jingzhou.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospects,clarifying the research conclusions and results,as well as the research innovations and shortcomings of this research,and proposes them Prospects for follow-up in-depth exploration and research.
