The effectiveness evaluation of weapons and equipment plays a huge role in their entire life cycle.It plays an important role in the selection and development of weapons and equipment,combat decision-making,maintenance support,and model improvement.This thesis takes the system effectiveness evaluation of a certain type of active air defense fire control radar as the main research content,and launches corresponding in-depth research based on this.The research work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Developing the radar’s effectiveness evaluation mission which focuses on the search and tracking of air targets.By analyzing the mission profile of the air defense fire control combat system,combined with the functional characteristics of the air defense fire control radar itself,an effectiveness evaluation mission of the air defense fire control radar focusing on the search and tracking of air targets has been formulated.(2)The ADC model based on state parameters is proposed.This model can be used to evaluate the system effectiveness of the radar equipment under study at any time.First,according to the establishment principles of the efficiency evaluation index system and the characteristics of the ADC model,the efficiency evaluation index system of the model is established.Then,after in-depth study of the concept and essence of ADC,the radar status data is introduced into the model.The ADC model based on the state coefficient is studied.Secondly,the method of solving the state coefficient in the model is deeply studied.At the same time,the three elements availability,dependability and capacity in the model are studied and solved,and obtain the ADC performance based on the state parameters.(3)The sensitivity analysis of the ADC model based on state parameters is carried out.On the basis of the research results of content(2),a sensitivity analysis of the sub-system level that affects the whole system efficiency of the radar machine and the specific working mode is carried out.And the influence sorting result of the sub-systems affecting the radar machine and the system efficiency in the specific working mode is obtained.(4)Establish a weighted grey correlation effectiveness verification model.First,the feasibility of the weighted grey relational model for effectiveness verification is studied.Then,according to the establishment principles of the effectiveness evaluation index system and the characteristics of the weighted gray correlation model,the effectiveness evaluation index system of the model is established through gray cluster analysis.Then,the evaluation indicators are obtained by means of expert scoring and gray self-relation.The multiple weight is determined.At the same time,after comparing and analyzing various gray correlation calculation methods,Deng’s correlation is selected to calculate the gray correlation of the indicators,and the dynamic assignment method is selected to calculate the resolution coefficient in the Deng’s correlation degree.Finally,a weighted gray correlation model for effectiveness verification is obtained.(5)Comparative analysis of the results of the two models based on example data.Using example data,the effectiveness evaluation results of the two models are solved separately,and the results are compared and analyzed.(6)System realization of radar system effectiveness evaluation.The research results of the effectiveness evaluation in this paper are designed and implemented in the radar big data analysis platform,and the effectiveness evaluation of the radar system and the preliminary application of the effectiveness evaluation results are realized.In this paper,the results of the system effectiveness evaluation research of a certain type of active radar have been programmed and implemented in the radar operation and maintenance big data analysis platform and delivered.According to user’s feedback,the performance evaluation part of the platform can almostly achieve the expected design goals and actual needs.
