Nowadays,as the marine values become more and more prominent,the coastal countries from all over the world have given priority to the development of submarines as a strategic and tactical weapon.The operational effectiveness of the submarine combat system lays foundations for identification of friend or foe,establishment of the operational policies,allocation of operational resources and many other tasks.How to quickly and accurately evaluate the combat effectiveness of a submarine combat system is of great concern to every country.In this paper,out study is mainly focused on the evaluation of the combat effectiveness of submarine combat systems and,based on which our study is extended.The main research includes the following three aspects:(1)ADC effectiveness evaluation model based on threats factors.Built upon the original ADC model,this model takes into account the threats to the submarine combat systems that is posed by incoming targets and,therefore,a threat factor-based ADC effectiveness evaluation model is proposed.The model first calculates the operational effectiveness of the submarine combat systems under different operational scenarios,and then uses the threat assessment model based on the combined kernel principle component analysis to solve for the degree of the threat from the target based on the new model of multi-objective collaborative combat in multi-dimensional combat space.The obtained degree of thereat is finally transformed into a correction factor,with which the overall combat effectiveness of a submarine combat system is achieved.(2)The global sensitivity analysis model based on extreme learning machine.In this study,the Sobol index method is used to conduct a sensitivity analysis of the effectiveness evaluation model so as to rapidly improve the combat effectiveness of submarines within a limited time and budget.In order to solve the problem of high computational cost when acquiring the data by original model,the extreme learning machine with strong learning ability and fast computational speed is introduced as the proxy model.Combined with the quasi-Monte Carlo sampling method,our model reduces the computational complexity and improves the accuracy of analysis.(3)In order to reduce the computational complexity and improve the accuracy of the computed results,a tool of evaluating the combat effectiveness of submarines is designed and implemented.Based on the operational tasks and operational processes established by the user,the tool is able to configure the indicators for task evaluation and dynamically select models for computing index calculation model to complete the effectiveness evaluation of the operational tasks,thereby providing a novel and effective method for the effectiveness evaluation of weaponry systems.Finally,the above-mentioned methods are summarized respectively and the future work is suggested.
