With the progress of society and the rapid development of economy,countries all over the world put forward the concept of smart grid for their own economic development and energy security.Smart electric energy meter is the main means of electric energy measurement in smart grid.It plays a very important role in realizing accurate measurement,remote reading,real-time monitoring of power consumption and so on.Although the current smart watt hour meter is developing very rapidly,it still can not meet the current on-site demand,which requires domestic watt hour meter manufacturers to continuously improve the energy metering device,strengthen the development,break through the technical difficulties,further optimize the performance of the watt hour meter on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of the watt hour meter,and provide a more solid technical foundation for the development of smart grid.Based on the original design of common three-phase intelligent watt hour meter,this paper makes technical improvements in many aspects.this paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status and development trend at home and abroad,and puts forward that the research direction of this paper is to design a three-phase intelligent watt hour meter,including many aspects of function optimization,such as abnormal rate improvement,reactive power measurement optimization,event recording improvement and so on.At the same time,the three-phase vector diagram display function is added on the meter screen display page to analyze the operating conditions of the electric energy meter.This paper selects the general architecture of microprocessor special metering chip.Among them,STM32 series stm32f103RE of STMicroelectronics is selected as microprocessor,and ATT7022E is selected as special metering chip.Using the modular design idea,firstly,the hardware of intelligent watt hour meter is introduced,the hardware design circuit wiring diagram is drawn,and the design ideas and design principles of main functional modules are analyzed in detail.Then it introduces the overall architecture and development environment of the design software,and briefly describes some program flow charts and codes of hardware driver layer and application software layer.After system debugging and operation result analysis,it is verified that the three-phase intelligent watt hour meter designed in this paper meets the relevant standards,and all aspects of design optimization and screen display vector diagram functions can be realized. |
