| With the development of the Internet,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence,new digital technologies are increasingly transforming and reshaping people’s production and lifestyle.More than half of China’s top 1000 enterprises will transform to informatization and digital operation.As a change-maker and participant in enterprise transformation,human resource management needs to quickly respond to various challenges from business,talent and experience.Therefore,the digital transformation of human resource management in modern enterprise has become an inevitable trend.XK company is a large private automobile manufacturing enterprise,in the transformation and upgrading stage from traditional automobiles and traditional manufacturing to new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing.How to build digital human resource management platform,and to realize the standardized,streamlined,shared,self-service and sustainable management,are great significant to empower enterprise strategy.This paper takes the digital development for human resource management of XK company as the research object.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,applying strategic human resource management theory,value chain theory,process reengineering theory and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of digital transformation of human resource management of domestic and foreign companies,Use PEST and SWOT research methods to analyze the macro environment,its own advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of the digital development of human resource management in XK company,and study the current situation of digital human resource management in XK company from the aspects of personnel management,salary management,performance management,recruitment management,training management,career development management,etc.It is found that XK enterprise human resource management lacks a digital platform for post competency analysis,resulting in low human-post matching efficiency;lacks digital talent inventory and evaluation platform,resulting in weak talent dynamic management;lacks of digital career development analysis platform,resulting in insufficient talent development planning and other problems.Based on this,from the perspective of talent selection,talent inventory and career development planning,this paper proposes some digital development strategies to build a platform for job competency analysis to realize the digitalization of man-post matching management;build a talent inventory evaluation platform to realize the digitalization of talent dynamic management;build a talent development planning platform to realize of the digitalization of career development management,in order to provide decision-making support for human resource management,achieve scientific,efficient and convenient human resource management,and help the strategic transformation and development of XK company. |
