| As our country enters the first year of the new century and the new leap development new period,the competition between companies in the economic market is becoming more and more intense,followed by the competition and snatch for excellent talents is also becoming more and more intense.With the continuous emergence of digital technologies such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence and Internet of Everything,human resources have become the first resource of society.ZX Group,as a private company with hydropower and clean energy as its main business,actively responds to the guiding ideology of the state on clean energy,and comprehensively expands and transforms from energy production to energy marketing and other comprehensive energy services.Since 2020,the company has been aware of the shortage of talent reserve in the talent structure and human resource management,and has organized and carried out part of the talent echelon construction in succession to supplement the outstanding talents needed in the company’s development and reform process.Based on the analysis of ZX Group’s new clean energy industry layout and strategy implementation process,this paper uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,interviews and questionnaires to understand and deeply analyze the problems existing in talent echelon construction,and study the macro development policies and development findings of the energy industry.To study the relevant theories and practical applications of talent echelon construction at home and abroad,and refer to professional tools such as iceberg model,competency model,talent inventory and PERSONAL growth plan(IDP)in human resource management.In view of the problems,in-depth research is carried out from ZX Group enterprise strategic planning,talent evaluation and selection standards,talent training system,talent echelon construction results and application,etc.Finally,the author puts forward an improvement plan for ZX Group’s talent echelon construction from the aspects of talent echelon construction based on enterprise strategic planning,talent evaluation standard and ability quality model,systematic and targeted talent training,application of talent inventory results and application of talent placement.In this paper the improvement research of talent echelon construction belongs to the demonstration study,for the final formation of the actual application to ZX group,in the perfection of the mechanism of talent team construction,building a talent team in conformity with the ZX group culture and soil construction has important practical significance,to improve the ZX group innovation breakthrough in the construction and management of human resources,It also provides important value to excavate and stimulate internal talent potential,quickly improve the company’s core competitiveness,and achieve the strategic development goal of "four-in-one" in the next three to five years. |
