Research On The Design Of A New Urban Cultural Square Based On The Perspective Of Regional Context

With the process of urbanization and the high level of development of the people’s cultural life demand,the planning and construction of the new cultural square in the developed cities of China has gradually entered a new period of development.The new city cultural square refers to the urban landmark large-scale cultural and commercial complex planned and built in the core area of the new urban area,including the sum of various spaces and places inside and outside the building.As a key project of the image display of the new central area of the city,the new city cultural square not only plays its own function,but also carries the important role of displaying the cultural characteristics of the city or region,it is especially necessary to excavate the local spirit of the cultural square and choose the appropriate regional design strategy.However,in practice,the design of new cultural and commercial complex buildings in many cities,because of the adoption of the principle of standardized design within enterprises,abandon the regional design strategy thinking,there is a new "thousand-city side"problem.Based on the above background,this paper mainly discusses the regional design of the new city cultural square from the following aspects:The first part is to ask questions,that is,the introduction part of the first chapter,briefly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the content and methods of research,the research framework,and asks questions.The second part is the analysis of the problem,that is,the second chapter,put forward the concept of the new city cultural square qualification,the main characteristics of the general situation is sharing,integrity and culture,the spatial form is mainly represented by cluster,analysis of the new city cultural square design there is a "thousand city side" problem,the use of Western architectural phenomenology and critical regionalism theory and its connotation,put forward from the perspective of regional context to carry out regional design necessity.The third part is to solve the problem,that is,chapter three and chapter four,chapter three,using the regional context perspective,from the site and place aspects of the combination of the natural environment and urban historical and cultural environment design methods,from the spatial and perceptual aspects of the overall space and symbiotic space design methods,from the material and construction aspects of the combination of form,materials and functions and technology design methods,from the poetic and metaphorical aspects of the regional design methods.The fourth chapter combines changzhou’s "three pavilions and one center" to carry out the analysis and research of "principle linkage design",and uses the above design methods and principles to further explore the regionality of the new city cultural square.Finally,on the basis of the study of regional design,the paper thinks that the necessity of regional design of the cultural square of the new city is embodied in highlighting the local regional characteristics,creating a unique local spirit,establishing the whole relationship through the spatial order,advocating the support of suitable and feasible technology,and adhering to the high-quality development route of connotation,intensive and green.Then summarize the principles of the spiritual design of regional places in the new city cultural square:whole,contact,sharing,continuous,green,high quality.
