Military vehicle maintenance has been an indispensable part for the country to guarantee that military vehicles meet the demand of modern warfare.Proper military truck maintenance tools can improve the reliability,timeliness,and integrity of the vehicles,and can also ensure that technicians complete the maintenance work in a better,faster,and safer way.Therefore,the maintenance efficiency can be improved and technicians will be more motivated and creative at work.By studying the theory of cognitive behavior,this paper aims to enhance the shapes and appearances of military auxiliary maintenance tools,and integrate their functions,thus optimizing the design of maintenance tools.Combined with the theory of cognitive psychology,firstly,this paper decomposes the behavioral process of maintenance personnel repairing trucks in order to discuss the basic characteristics of the shapes and appearances,as well as functional requirements of maintenance tools,and determine the design direction.Secondly,the paper provides theoretical support for further integration and optimization of maintenance tool design from the angles of efficiency,usability,reliability,and user-friendliness of maintenance tools.Thirdly,according to the design principle,the auxiliary maintenance tools for military trucks are designed,and two design schemes are completed.Finally,appropriateness of the design schemes is analyzed and evaluated.In this paper,the design of auxiliary maintenance tools for military trucks has been optimized,and the feasibility of the design schemes has been verified.Thus,the paper is of great significance for improving the maintenance efficiency and accuracy of military trucks,as well as the safety of military vehicles.
