| As the climate warms and fossil fuels such as natural gas,oil and coal decline,the use of alternative energy is becoming more widespread,and the application of solar energy is gaining more attention.Solar energy is relatively more readily available than other sources of energy,making it more useful in remote areas where electricity is not available and in open Spaces such as scenic spots.For the existing solar refrigerator on the market,the photovoltaic system that provides electricity for the refrigerator is independent of the refrigeration system,takes up space and is not beautiful,and is extremely prone to damage and theft,so it is necessary to integrate the photovoltaic system with the refrigerator.This paper aims to design a day-to-day photovoltaic power generation refrigerator.Compared with the traditional solar energy refrigerator,this design attaches small solar photovoltaic panels to the surface of the door,that is,the photovoltaic panel supporting mechanism is embedded inside the door,and the photovoltaic panel mechanism can be extended to accept sunlight when needed,and integrated.In order to make the photovoltaic panel can slide out and swing day by day two actions,the structure device mainly uses two kinds of transmission ratio of small worm gear parts,bevel gear,cylindrical gear,connecting rod mechanism and stepper motor.In order to make photovoltaic panels track day by day,photoelectric tracking and time-controlled tracking are adopted.Light-controlled tracking is used in sunny weather,otherwise time-controlled tracking is used.PLC programmable logic controller,through photosensitive resistance,sensors and other control components to achieve signal transmission,and then programming the controller to achieve automatic day by day.Finally,the power supply characteristic experiment of photovoltaic panel and the operation experiment of refrigeration system are carried out to analyze and process the obtained data to verify whether the photovoltaic system can provide continuous and stable current for the refrigeration system.The advantage of photovoltaic panels on a daily basis through unit modular way on a daily basis to realize the efficient utilization of solar energy,compared with the traditional separate photovoltaic(pv)of air-conditioner,the application range of the increased day by day type photovoltaic panels,to improve the utilization of solar energy,at the same time the original type of photovoltaic panels on a daily basis such as large space limited sexual problem is solved.Through the design of photovoltaic panel mechanism of refrigerator door and the study of photovoltaic power generation refrigeration experiment,the design and experimental experience has been accumulated,which has reference value for the future application of solar refrigerator. |
