| As a new type of intensive urban construction facility,the prefabricated building industrial park aims to gather the upstream and downstream suppliers of prefabricated building parts and components to cooperate and cooperate by attracting investment.It can improve the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by traditional construction methods,and at the same time,it can greatly improve the efficiency of construction,and provide intelligent and information-based operation and maintenance services for prefabricated projects.With the gradual improvement of people’s demand for housing experience and the strong guidance of my country’s policies,prefabricated buildings have been rapidly promoted in various regions of my country,and the development trend of prefabricated building industrial parks as a spatial aggregation form of the prefabricated construction industry is also very rapid.However,as an emerging industry,the initial investment required is relatively large,whether the industrial layout is reasonable,and whether the functional positioning is clear,etc.,will be a challenge to developers.Due to the different advantages and disadvantages of different operation modes and the differences in the positioning of various prefabricated building industrial parks,the attributes of the prefabricated building industrial park and the influence of external factors are ignored to varying degrees in the construction process.The construction industry park chooses an operation mode that does not match its actual situation,which is very unfavorable to its development,which will seriously lead to the failure of the prefabricated construction industry park.Therefore,in this context,this paper discusses how to choose the appropriate operation mode of the prefabricated building industrial park.This paper adopts the literature analysis method,clustering-grey relational analysis method,BP neural network method and case analysis method to conduct in-depth research on the operation mode selection of the prefabricated building industrial park.First,the literature analysis method was used to sort out and count the research results on the operation mode of prefabricated building industrial parks at home and abroad,and preliminarily selected the index system for the selection of the operation mode of prefabricated building industrial parks.The analysis method further screened the initially selected index system,and established a system including policy preferences,standards and norms,investment entities,investment scale,land area,developers’ investment willingness,urban location,regional construction industry development level,annual output value of the park,industry 10 prefabricated construction industrial park operation modes such as chain development level are selected for the index system;then 10 indicators are used as the input layer and the operation mode is used as the output layer,and the collected 232 cases of prefabricated construction industrial parks that have been successfully operated are processed Then input the established BP neural network for training and testing,and obtain a model with good training effect;Finally,it was substituted into the national prefabricated construction industrial park project of Beijing Residential General Administration.The prediction results show that it is suitable for the operation mode of industry-city integration,which is in line with the actual situation and indepth verification of the accuracy of the model.This paper improves and expands the theory of the operation mode of the prefabricated construction industrial park,and provides reference and help for the investors of the prefabricated construction industrial park to choose the appropriate operation mode in practice.guiding significance. |
