The plunger filling mechanism of the sticky material is an important part of the hose filling and tail sealing machine.For the sticky material paste,its filling accuracy and filling speed directly affect the technical performance of the whole hose filling and tail sealing machine,such as toothpaste,facial cleanser,ointment and various cosmetics.In this paper,the technical problems such as low filling accuracy and slow filling speed of single hose filling and sealing machine are addressed,and the filling flow analysis of viscous materials and the design of plunger type filling mechanism are carried out.This paper develops and designs a plunger filling mechanism for a high-speed,high-precision filling double hose filling and sealing machine.This paper will focus on the filling flow analysis of sticky materials,the key structure design and optimization of the plunger filling machine.The main research contents include the following aspects.1.The paper investigates the rheological properties of these three typical viscous materials as non-Newtonian fluids through physical analysis and rheological characterization of toothpaste,face wash and hand cream.And the paper also fits the non-Newtonian fluid equations for the three viscous materials.In this paper,the rheological equations suitable for describing these three viscous materials are fitted based on the rheological test data,and the best-fitting rheological equation is also determined,so as to provide accurate rheological data for the simulation of filling flow of viscous materials.2.Based on the physical properties,rheological characteristics and filling flow of typical viscous materials such as toothpaste,face wash and hand cream,the paper proposes the design of double-head filling with plunger structure,anti-leakage and anti-drawing with the combination of plugging rod and blowing,and quantitative filling and filling.At the same time,the paper also completed the creation of the overall three-dimensional model of the filling mechanism.3.Based on the high speed and precise filling of toothpaste,cleanser and hand cream,the scheme of swing cam mechanism and servo drive is proposed.First,the working principle of the swing cam mechanism is determined,and then the shape and size of each transmission component are preliminarily determined according to the overall layout requirements of the filling mechanism.Finally,the contour curve of the swing cam is fitted with the MATLAB software.The numerical points of the swing cam contour curve from MATLAB software are imported into the Inventor software to create a 3D model of the cam.Then combined with thecharacteristics of the swing cam,the dynamics simulation analysis of the swing cam mechanism is carried out by Inventor software to verify the rationality of the designed swing cam mechanism.4.This paper combines the design parameters of the plunger type structure of viscous materials and the rheological characteristics of toothpaste,face wash and hand cream to analyze the filling flow of these three typical viscous creams respectively.In this paper,the filling mechanism,which is most likely to bend and deform,will be analyzed based on the maximum production speed and the maximum filling capacity of the filling thrust.The paper then analyzes the amount of deformation of the filling pusher based on the simulation results.This will determine whether the size of the filling pusher and the design of the filling mechanism are reasonable and whether they can meet the functional requirements for filling viscous materials.
