Pump configuration is an important issue in pump station engineering design,the rationality of its configuration will directly affect the economy of pump system.With the rapid development of economy and society and the improvement of production technology,frequency conversion technology has been widely used in the pressurized water delivery system.Configuration based on the three point pump station design method on the basis of trying to study and put forward reasonable method,calculation accuracy of variable frequency pump selection technology,set up the minimum pumping unit operating cost as the objective function of variable frequency pumps complete optimization selection of design and calculation analysis model,for the same by using the dynamic programming model in the configuration of the frequency control of motor speed pump group configuration are applied to solve the model,Combined with the variable frequency pump optimal selection design method of different optimal configuration scheme for simulation calculation,used to determine the best configuration of the full variable frequency speed regulation scheme.The energy consumption and economy of different pump selection design schemes are compared and analyzed to determine the most suitable pump station configuration scheme,which is used to guide the pump configuration.The improved method is calculated and verified by an actual water intake pump station.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Fitting the basic characteristic curve of frequency conversion pump based on the principle of least square.According to the operation characteristics of the pump frequency conversion speed regulation,the change of the pump basic parameters with the speed regulation,the equal-efficiency curve of the pump frequency conversion speed regulation and the high-efficiency operation interval of the pump frequency conversion speed regulation operation are analyzed when the speed regulation operation simultaneously meets the demand of water supply.By using polynomial least square method,the performance curves of single water pump,parallel speed control and synchronous speed control of the same type of water pump are derived,and the parallel operation characteristics of the same type of water pump are analyzed.(2)Combined with the operation optimization scheduling model of pump station system,the method of selection and design of variable frequency pump is proposed.In view of the selection and design of variable frequency pumps in water transmission engineering,through summarizing and analyzing the existing research results of pump selection,the author tries to research and put forward the selection technology of variable frequency pumps with reasonable methods and accurate calculation establishes a complete calculation and analysis model of optimal selection and design of variable frequency pumps,and gives a feasible solution process.(3)The rationality and accuracy of the optimized selection design method of variable frequency water pump are verified by engineering examples.Taking an actual municipal water intake project as an example,on the basis of the fixed pump selection design at three working points,different conversion pump configuration transformation schemes are carried out for the original pump configuration,and energy consumption calculation of different transformation schemes including typical daily water supply curve,changing the target water supply and changing the calculation cycle are compared and analyzed respectively.Numerical examples show that the optimized selection design of variable frequency pump proposed in this paper has a certain energy-saving significance compared with the previous selection design of constant speed pump considering operation optimization,and the optimized pump configuration can run more efficiently and economically.Therefore,the selection design method can be used to guide the configuration of variable frequency pumps in pumping stations.
