In recently years,with the constantly improvement of train's speed,the passive safety performance of trains has received more and more attention.In this paper,a metro vehicle is taken as the research object,and the passive safety design of the vehicle is used to simulate the frontal collision and the rollover collision respectively,and the secondary collision injury of the occupant during the collision process is analyzed.Firstly,according to the EN15227 standard,the finite element model of the vehicle body for large deformation collision analysis is established.The LS-DYNA software is used to calculate the frontal collision condition of the two trains at 25 km/h.According to the results of the collision simulation calculation,the overall passive safety of the vehicle body is evaluated from the deformation mode of the front end structure of the vehicle body,the energy absorption situation,the acceleration of car body,the compression of the living space in the vehicle,and the amount of wheel lift.Secondly,the DM01 car body is subjected to rollover crashworthiness simulation analysis based on the ECE R66 standard.The integrity of the living space of the occupant in the vehicle is used as a collision safety standard to evaluate the rollover crashworthiness of the car body.Then,the weak area of the car body structure is improved by increasing the structure's cross-section bending modulus,so that the energy absorption rate of the car body is increased during the rollover collision,the deformation of the car body structure is reduced,and the living space of the occupant is saved.Finally,in order to further analyze the injury of the occupant during the collision,the secondary collision damage analysis of the occupant in the frontal collision and the rollover collision is carried out separately.Taking head injury and chest injury of dummy as evaluation criteria,the effects of different seat end structures,different seat distributions and different standing postures on dummy injury were analyzed.The result shows that in the frontal collision,the installation of armrests at the end of the seat and the transverse installation of the seat are more harmful to the dummy than the installation of screen at the end of the seat and the longitudinal installation of the seat,and the injury of the unconstrained standing dummy is greater than the handheld longitudinal armrest standing dummy,greater than the handheld vertical armrest standing dummy.In the rollover collision,the injury of the longitudinal installation of the seat is greater than the transverse installation of the seat.These research on the front collision and the rollover collision of the metro vehicle have certain reference value and reference significance for the design of passive safety of railway vehicles.
