With the development of economy and the increasing level of urbanization,the underlying surface of cities and towns has gradually changed.The rapid urban construction has increased the impervious surface area,rainwater cannot seep naturally,the groundwater level has dropped,and surface runoff has increased.When the rainfall is too heavy and the surface runoff exceeds the drainage capacity of the area,waterlogging is prone to occur,which not only brings huge economic losses to people,but also brings a series of ecological and environmental problems.Residential areas are an indispensable space for human life and play an important role in the drainage system of cities and towns.Therefore,in the construction of sponge cities,residential areas are one of the important construction goals.This paper uses the concept of sponge city as the background of the research.Through the methods of consulting related literature,field investigation,case analysis and comparison,starting from the residential areas that have completed the sponge city transformation in Wuhan,the current situation of the sponge city transformation in Wuhan is investigated,the problems are analyzed,and the sponge is discussed.The design strategy of the sponge landscape transformation of Wuhan residential area under the urban concept.Mainly divided into the following aspects:First of all,this article analyzes the research background of sponge cities,expounds the research background of sponge cities and the necessity of sponge landscape renovation in residential areas,the purpose and meaning of the research,the content of methods,and the current status and progress of sponge cities at home and abroad.Define and analyze the related concepts of sponge cities and residential areas,and analyze excellent cases of sponge city transformation at home and abroad for reference.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical research and case analysis,the principles and objectives of the transformation of residential areas under the background of sponge cities are summarized,and the construction measures of tearing sponge cities and the transformation design strategies in different aspects are summarized;Third,in the context of Wuhan’s waterlogging and sponge city development,conduct field investigation and analysis of some residential areas in Wuhan that have completed sponge transformation,understand the status of the application of low-impact development measures in Wuhan residential areas,and summarize and analyze the existing problems and countermeasures in the residential areas.Clarify the sponge city construction measures under the influence of regional characteristics in the residential areas of Wuhan;Finally,from the whole to the part,the system transformation of Nanhu Yayuan Community and the landscape transformation of its buildings,roads,squares,parking spaces,green spaces,etc.,apply the theory to practice.When renovating existing communities,the article not only pays attention to the management of the overall rainwater system,but also pays attention to the transformation of the landscape of residential areas.On the premise of adhering to sustainable development,it integrates the concept of sponge city construction in response to the shortcomings of the sponge city construction of existing communities When it comes to the landscape renovation of residential areas,the “infiltration storage net use drain” and other elements are applied to the landscape renovation,and the measures and landscape renovation strategies that are in line with the construction of the sponge city in Wuhan are summarized,and it is hoped that the future landscape renovation design of the sponge city in Wuhan A certain reference effect.
