With the global demand for carbon emission initiatives and carbon neutral development,new energy vehicles have ushered in great development opportunities,facing the increasingly fierce competition of many automobile companies.Many countries and automobile companies have increased the research and development of new energy vehicles,providing a good internal and external environment for the further development of new energy vehicles.China’s huge automobile market has also attracted a lot of capital and technology.In particular,the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "special management measures for foreign investment access(negative list)(2018 version)" in June 2018,which further attracted a large number of foreign capital into China’s new energy vehicle market,such as Tesla settled in Shanghai,BMW,BMW,etc The further cooperation between Mercedes Benz and Chinese automobile manufacturers in the field of new energy not only injects new vitality into the development of new energy vehicles,but also intensifies the market competition.This needs to understand the status of new energy vehicle technology development,and in-depth study of their own core competitiveness,better combined with the actual development of enterprises to explore ways to enhance the core competitiveness,has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.According to the research idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper arranges according to the overall structure of face point face.This paper analyzes the basic contents of new energy,new energy vehicles,competitiveness and core competitiveness of new energy vehicles from the "aspect",deeply analyzes the current situation and advantages and disadvantages of BYD’s new energy vehicle development through SWOT analysis,sums up the constituent elements of BYD’s core competitiveness of new energy vehicles,and on the basis of absorbing the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,Through the typical case analysis method,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation of BYD’s new energy vehicle technology and market competition from the "point",and puts forward specific differentiated development strategies for the promotion of its core competitiveness,so as to enrich the practical research on the development of new energy vehicle industry,and provide practical reference for the enterprise positioning and strategic choice in the development of new energy vehicle industry.This paper believes that the core competitiveness of BYD’s new energy vehicles lies in its technological innovation ability,marketing ability and resource integration ability.In the process of development,BYD’s new energy vehicles should implement differentiation strategy to further enhance its core competitiveness.BYD’s new energy vehicles should choose so(advantage + opportunity)mode to compete with its competitors.The paper further points out the ways to enhance the core competitiveness of BYD’s new energy vehicles:(1)Implementing the product differentiation strategy through product quality,technological innovation and product patent excellence;(2)Using product advantages to expand the market and enhance brand value,the implementation of marketing differentiation;(3)Through the transformation of product strategy and brand differentiation,manufacturing differentiation is implemented;(4)Through the diversification of after-sales service and the improvement of humanized service,the service differentiation is implemented;(5)By improving standardization and strengthening cost management,the implementation of cost differentiation.
