| Pantograph-catenary arc was a relatively common gas discharge phenomenon in pantograph system,because its occurrence time and location are random,so it is difficult to monitor.The frequent occurrence of pantograph-catenary arcs will not only corrode the pantograph-catenary system,but also interfere with the communication system of subway trains in severe cases,seriously threatening the safety and stability of subway operation.With the continuous improvement of the requirements for the running speed of the subway,the traction power of the DC pantograph system is also increasing,which also puts forward higher requirements for the current receiving quality and current receiving area of the pantograph slide plate and catenary line,so the research of DC arc is also of academic significance.In order to study the characteristics of DC pantograph-catenary arc,the sliding electrical contact experiment was carried out.On the one hand,the data acquisition system was used to collect the voltage and current data of pantograph arc.On the other hand,the arc light detection device was used to send out a high-level trigger signal when the arc occurs,so that the high-speed camera can synchronously collect the dynamic arc image of the arc.Electrical data such as arc time,arc peak,arc extinguishing peak,arc voltage and etc were obtained by the voltage and current data of the bow-net arc.After denoising arc image,arc circumference was obtained from the arc edge by the canny operator.The arc was binarized to obtained the arc area,and the arc energy distribution was calculated using the three-color temperature measurement method.The influence of power source polarity,current,reciprocating speed of the sliding plate,operating speed,inductance,and external magnetic field on the electrical characteristics,morphological characteristics,and energy characteristics of the arc was also researched.The results show that the pantograph-catenary is more easily off-line under the excitation of negative power supply,and the energy of the arc is higher,but the arcing time is shorter.Current is the main factor affecting the characteristics of arc,the greater the current is,the more intense the arc will burn.The sliding plate reciprocating speed has little influence on the energy characteristics of the arc and the arc area is larger when the sliding plate moves at low speed and the arc burning time is longer.The running speed can promote the combustion of the pantograph arc to a certain extent,but the influence of the running speed on the characteristics of the pantograph arc is not linear.Inductance can only increase the arcing time of the arc while the arcing time of the mesh arc will be shortened under the action of external magnetic field.The above conclusions can be used for reference to improve the safety and stability of subway operation.The paper has 20 figures,22 tables,65 references. |
