| The harm of pantograph and catenary arc seriously hinders the development of high-speed railway.In order to improve the safety and stability of train operation,based on the pantograph arc experiment system,the pantograph arc experiments of different slide materials,different rainfall environments and fluctuating loads were carried out in this paper.The arc image and arc voltage and current data were collected and analyzed.The process and mechanism of arc ignition of pantograph and catenary arc are described.The characteristics of electrical parameters of pantograph and catenary arc under different rainfall environment and fluctuating load are pointed out.Effects of different slide materials,diffferent rainfall environment and fluctuating load on arc shape parameters are analyzed.The results show that the process of arc ignition is more severe in rainfall environment.The rainfall environment changes the shape of arc,increases the frequency of arc generation,and shortens the time of arc ignition.The total distortion rate of current harmonic is light rain environment > heavy rain environment > no rain environment.Arc ignition time decreases in turn and zero rest time increases in turn under no rain,light rain and heavy rain conditions.Arc peak,arc voltage,arc flameout value are light rain environment > heavy rain environment > no rain environment.The average arc power is heavy rain environment > light rain environment >no rain environment,and the average minimum resistance value is light rain environment > heavy rain environment > no rain environment.The average arc area and the average arc perimeter are light rain environment > heavy rain environment > no rain environment.When the fluctuation frequency is the same,The total distortion rate of current harmonic increases first and then decreases with the fluctuation amplitude,and with the increase of the fluctuation amplitude,the number of arcs increases and the ignition time decreases.With the increase of fluctuation amplitude,arc peak voltage,zero rest time,arc average power and arc average minimum resistance all decrease first and then increase.With the increase of fluctuation amplitude,the change of arc voltage and quenching peak is small,and there is no obvious change rule.The whole trend of the average arc root length is that it increases with the increase of the fluctuation amplitude.Under the same experimental conditions,the average arc ignition time of copper-impregnated carbon skateboard 1 is longer,the average arc perimeter and area are smaller,and the stability is strong.The arc rate of pure carbon skateboard 2 is in the center and the ignition time is the shortest.The arc of copper-impregnated carbon skateboard 3 is frequently produced and the arc is easily diffused. |
