| Prefabricated building techniques are increasingly used in Europe,the United States,Japan and other countries for their convenience and ease of use.The construction efficiency of light integral precast bridge is high,the quality is stable and reliable,and it has slight influence on traffic and environment.In China,the rapid construction of lightweight,monolithic prefabricated capping beams began late.Although many new methods and techniques have been used in practical engineering,the study of light integral precast capping beam has not formed a systematic state.In view of the present situation in China,it is necessary to carry out experimental research on the Mechanical Properties of light-weight Monolithic precast capping beams.The main research of this paper is as follows:1.As a part of the rapid construction of bridge engineering,the construction technology and method of capping beam are constantly innovated.In this paper,three construction methods of cast-in-place,semi-prefabricated and full-prefabricated capping beam are classified and summarized.The results of analysis and evaluation show that it is urgent to study the Mechanical Properties of precast capping beams and to put forward suggestions on the best construction techniques.2.Two design schemes of precast solid and precast u-shaped opening upward are proposed for light integral precast capping beams.On this basis,solid integral cast-in-place capping beams and u-shaped hollow capping beams with openings upward are designed.The load type is eccentric load along bridge direction.Considering the mechanical characteristics of the integral precast capping beam,the response in the normal use stage is emphasized.3.Through the analysis of test phenomena and test data,the test results of crack development,failure mode and bearing capacity of each specimen are analyzed.The test phenomena and test results of different types of specimens are compared,and the structural performance of light integral precast capping beam is analyzed.4.Finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the influence of wall thickness,area of prestressed reinforcement,stirrup ratio,opening direction and eccentricity ratio on bending performance,the Bending Failure Law of the light integral precast capping beam is summarized,which provides a reference for the design and application of the light integral precast capping beam. |
