Study On Standardized Design Of Emergency Hospital For Respiratory Infectious Diseases

In 2020,COVID-19 broke out and quickly swept the world.It was another national battle against respiratory infectious diseases after SARS virus.Respiratory infectious disease has the characteristics of the air,causing its infectious,susceptibility is extremely strong,when new outbreaks of infectious diseases,in the face of massive infected people,infectious disease specialist hospital limited scale atrophy,general hospital department of infectious diseases beds,hotels and other temporary isolation points cannot meet the demand of infectious diseases and epidemic prevention,how to quickly build emergency hospital of infectious diseases is in dire need of solve the problem,however,the current epidemic emergency hospital faced with standardized design research is not yet mature,such problems as lack of relevant design specifications,under the background of global epidemic outbreaks,emergency of respiratory infectious diseases hospital standardized design research is imminent.In this paper,the emergency hospital for respiratory infectious diseases is selected as the research object,and through the study of architectural design,structural design and clean design,a set of standardized design system suitable for emergency hospital for respiratory infectious diseases is constructed.The research results of this paper can not only make up for the lack of research on prefabricated technology in the field of standardized design of emergency hospitals in China,but also provide basic research for the introduction of relevant standards and norms for the design of emergency hospitals for respiratory infectious diseases.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Proposal of the project.This paper summarized and analyzed the construction background and existing problems of emergency hospitals for infectious diseases,combined with the design status of medical buildings for infectious diseases at home and abroad and the application status of assembly technology in medical buildings,and put forward the research content and ideas.(2)The feasibility analysis of standardized design of emergency hospitals for infectious diseases.The premise of building standardization design is to have modular characteristics and common characteristics,as well as a certain technical basis.On the one hand,through the analysis of the modular characteristics and common characteristics of the infectious disease emergency hospital,this paper demonstrated that it has the premise of realizing the standardized design.On the other hand,combined with the elaboration of assembly technology,it is clear that it can provide technical support for the standardized design of infectious disease emergency hospital,thus demonstrating the feasibility of the standardized design of infectious disease emergency hospital,which provides a theoretical basis for the standardized design of the following paragraphs.(3)Construction of standardized design system of emergency hospitals for respiratory infectious diseases.From the aspects of architectural design,structural design and clean design,a set of standardized design system for emergency hospitals of respiratory infectious diseases has been established.In the architectural design stage,first determine the plane design method,then summarize and improve the plane layout,then design the standard house type and standard module of the functional space,and finally form a complete architectural design scheme combined with the facade design.In the structural design stage,a variety of standardized design schemes are proposed for the basic design and the main structure design.In the stage of clean design,the clean principles are summarized and the clean scheme is standardized.(4)Application of standardized design examples.According to the above standardized design system,the standardized design of an emergency hospital for respiratory infectious diseases in a practical project was carried out by means of information design to verify the practicability of the standardized design system.
