Research On Functional Space Design Of Buildings In Infectious Disease Hospital

Since ancient times,infectious diseases have been accompanied by the development of human society.In 2003,the outbreak and spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),with its high pathogenic rate and high mortality rate,posed a serious threat to the health of patients and medical staff,and also brought a great impact on China's infectious disease control and prevention system and social stability and development.Later,there were outbreaks of new infectious diseases such as avian influenza,new influenza a(H1N1)and yellow fever in China,some of which have not yet found effective prevention and control measures.In early 2020,novel coronavirus pneumonia began to spread across the country,infecting more than 80,000 people and causing great panic to the whole country.During the epidemic,President xi jinping proposed to "improve the system and mechanism for the prevention and control of major covid-19 outbreaks and the national public health emergency management system",which once again confirmed the shortcomings of China's existing public health emergency response system.As the main force to deal with public health emergencies,specialized hospitals of infectious diseases have a great responsibility,but they are faced with various problems,such as being unable to deal with large-scale epidemic,operating difficulties,imbalance of medical disciplines,and serious loss of patients.After the epidemic situation test,it also reflects that some contents are missing in the current construction standards of specialized hospitals for infectious diseases in China,and there is no effective guidance on the construction of hospitals.Therefore,it has become a serious problem for us to improve the system and mechanism for major epidemic prevention and control,the national public health emergency management system,the standard for the construction of specialized hospitals for infectious diseases,and the capacity of specialized hospitals for infectious diseases to cope with the epidemic.This article selects infectious disease specialist hospital as the research object,through evaluation of existing research infectious disease specialist hospital,from the perspective of medical staff and patients using found existing specialized subject hospital of infectious diseases in the early planning,overall planning,outpatient service function space and function space in hospital,medical function space as well as the existing problems of special design level,and then aiming at these problems puts forward infectious disease specialist hospital architecture function space design guidance,specialized subject hospital of infectious diseases for the future construction of the improvement of the standard for basic research.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which respectively elaborates the research background and the research status at home and abroad,and then elaborates the research scope,purpose,significance,innovation points and limitations.The second chapter first summarizes infectious diseases,then introduces the prevention and control system of infectious diseases in China,and then elaborates the development of specialized infectious disease hospitals in China.Finally,through a systematic analysis of the development of specialized infectious disease hospitals in China,a classification system of architectural functional space of specialized infectious disease hospitals is constructed.The third chapter is a survey of infectious disease specialized hospitals,covering the level of preliminary planning,overall planning,outpatient function space,medical technology function space,inpatient function space and special design,and a systematic analysis and summary of its problems.The fourth chapter,in the third chapter summarized on the basis of infectious disease specialist hospital existing problem,put forward corresponding design of specialized subject hospital of infectious diseases,infectious disease specialist hospital building for the future the improvement of the standard for basic research,including prophase planning,overall planning,outpatient service function space,functional space,be in hospital of medical function space and special design etc.
