Peacetime And Wartime Conversion Design Of Small And Medium-sized General Hospitals For Severe Respiratory Infectious Diseases

After the outbreak of COVID-19,to deal with the medical treatment of a large number of patients.Many general hospitals within the jurisdiction of provinces and cities in China have been transformed into new designated hospitals.In order to meet the medical conditions of new crown patients,the general hospital has taken a variety of emergency transformation measures to make it meet the standards for the treatment of such severe respiratory infectious diseases.But in the process of emergency reconstruction,many problems have been exposed.In addition,after the outbreak,in order to strengthen and improve the public health prevention and control capacity,comprehensive hospitals have been built vigorously in various places,"peacetime" as a general hospital,"wartime" as a designated hospital for severe respiratory infectious diseases.For a time,the "peacetime and wartime conversion" design of general hospital for sudden severe respiratory infectious diseases has become the research focus of hospital design.There is a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on the design of "peacetime and wartime conversion" in general hospitals at home and abroad.Based on the basic research of small and medium-sized general hospitals and the special research of all kinds of designated hospitals set up temporarily during the epidemic period,this paper discusses the basic ideas and system strategies of "peacetime and wartime conversion" design of small and medium-sized general hospitals,and finally through the deepening design of "Huangshi emergency hospital",This paper systematically presents the design process of "peacetime and wartime conversion" in this kind of small and medium-sized general hospital.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the design strategy of "peacetime and wartime conversion" of small and medium-sized general hospitals from the early functional planning to the overall planning of the hospital and then to the architectural design of the hospital.It is hoped that through this design and research work,it can provide design reference for the "peacetime and wartime conversion" design of such small and medium-sized general hospitals as designated hospitals for the treatment of severe respiratory infectious diseases.The framework of this research-oriented design is as follows:Framework ideas: the research ideas of this paper are divided into "design background research","design basic research","special design research","strategy system construction" and "design practice application".The first chapter is the research on the design background,which analyzes the problems in the design of "peacetime and wartime conversion" of general hospitals in combination with the transformation of designated hospitals during the new crown period.This paper combs the definition,characteristics and related concepts of small and medium-sized general hospitals,and explains the design purpose and significance.The second chapter is the basic research of design,which analyzes the design content of small and medium-sized general hospitals,mainly including the functional streamline organization and architectural layout mode of the overall planning level,and the spatial layout mode and functional flow line organization of the outpatient space and nursing unit space in the hospital building.As the design basis of "normal" state of designated hospital.The third chapter is the design of special research-this chapter first summarizes the existing designated hospitals.From the functional requirements of the designated hospital,the design points of the designated hospital in the overall planning,screening outpatient and inpatient treatment room are analyzed.The content includes the function streamline organization and architectural layout mode at the level of master plan;The spatial layout mode and streamline organization of screening clinic;The space layout and streamline organization of the permanent and emergency parts of the inpatient treatment room.As the design basis of "wartime" state of designated hospital.The fourth chapter is the construction of strategy system.According to the basic research and special research in the first two chapters,the key points and difficulties in the design of "peacetime and wartime conversion" in the overall planning,outpatient space and nursing unit space of small and medium-sized general hospitals are compared and analyzed.Then,the design strategy of "peacetime and wartime conversion" is constructed according to these design difficulties.The content mainly includes the preliminary function planning,reserve scheme setting,site function streamline organization and "peacetime and wartime conversion" strategy,function streamline organization and "peacetime and wartime conversion" strategy of building internal function space.The fifth chapter is the design solution--through the detailed design of Huangshi emergency hospital,the final design results are displayed,and the ideas and process of the design are analyzed.
