Combined with the prefabricated steel structure high-rise housing project of Beijing Winter Olympic Village apartment,according to the requirements of steel girder web openings in various positions in the actual engineering requirements,this paper aims at the adverse effect of steel girder web openings on bearing capacity,stiffness reduction,overall stability weakening and other prominent problems.From the Angle of flexural bearing capacity,mid-span section deflection,stability bearing capacity under construction load and so on are analyzed in detail.The main research work includes the following three aspects:(1)according to the theory of Karl fischer open-web truss and the basis of the principle of virtual work,to calculate the beam after opening,the flexural bearing capacity of the under uniformly distributed load and the midspan cross-section deflections,and is verified by ABAQUS finite element,and then implements the relative to the various performance indexes of the perforated steel not drop characteristics of the evaluation,which laid a foundation for further analysis.(2)Based on the characteristics that the bearing capacity of mid-span perforated steel beams decreases the horizontal relative stiffness and the overall stability more significantly,in order to reduce the amount of steel used and the weld distribution,the method of plate reinforcement is proposed.Through finite element numerical simulation,the performance index of steel girder reinforced with open hole is analyzed,and the rationality of the construction method is confirmed.(3)Based on the overall stability reduction of cross-edge perforated steel beams with more significant relative strength and stiffness,and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Steel Structure Design Standard(GB50017-2017),the stiffening ribs are set,and the stiffening effect of the perforated steel beams reinforced by the stiffening ribs is analyzed through finite element numerical simulation.There are 68 figures,48 tables and 50 references in this paper.
