Since entering the 21st century,with the development of a new generation of advanced science and technology,intelligent applications based on the "Internet of Things" and "cloud computing" have been integrated into all aspects of people’s lives.Under this background,traditional landscape gardens lack interactive park services.Facilities have become increasingly unable to meet people’s functional needs for modern urban parks in the new era.At this time,the "intelligent" garden facility design concept that combines "Internet of Things","big data","cloud computing" and urban park facilities planning and design,and injects "wisdom" into the design method of park facilities,has become an enhanced garden A new direction for management efficiency and enhancing the fun of the public in the park.At present,a variety of intelligent service facility systems with complete functions and flexible use have been gradually formed abroad.In recent years,China has also noticed the development direction of intelligent garden service facilities,and has gradually introduced some intelligent concepts and technologies.But in general,the application of smart garden service facilities in domestic parks is still in the initial stage of exploration,lacking overall and systematic construction.Therefore,the systematic research on intelligent garden service facilities is of great significance to expand the research scope of intelligent garden construction,enhance the disciplinary value of landscape architecture,and improve the living environment of tourists and citizens.This article takes Beijing Haidian Park and Xi’an City Park as the research locations,starts with tourists’ experience evaluation and demand for smart service facilities,deeply researches the application of smart service facilities,and obtains the following results.(1)Through the investigation of the status quo of domestic smart gardens and smart garden service facility applications,25 more successful smart service facility applications in4 categories were sorted out.(2)Through the distribution of on-site survey questionnaires in Beijing Haidian Park,and the analysis and processing of data using SPSS and AMOS software,the relationship between the evaluation of tourists’ experience of smart service facilities and their satisfaction and willingness to revisit was determined.(3)Through a questionnaire survey on the demand for intelligent service facilities of Xi’an city park visitors,the SPSS software was used to conduct statistics and one-way analysis of variance on the questionnaire data,and then the ranking of tourists’ demand for intelligent service facilities and different groups of people were summarized The demand difference between.(4)Use the results of previous surveys and statistical analysis as a reference for the planning and design of smart garden service facilities,taking Xi’an Xingqing Palace Park as an example,combining local cultural characteristics and customs to build a complete smart garden service facility system that meets the needs of tourists.It is expected to provide a basis for the construction of Xi’an Smart Garden.
