Beijing Smart Garden Construction Service Platform

Smart garden is an important part of smart city.The domestic smart garden pilot city has achieved a series of results in the construction.These results have changed the previous operation and management mode of garden to a certain extent.At present,the overall construction of smart gardens in China is still in the initial stage of exploration,lacking a standardized construction system and framework guidance,with insufficient functional coverage and uneven construction levels.Moreover,the current smart garden construction focuses on the information management of the park business,and it is still lacking in assisting government decision-making and providing public services.In order to promote the intelligent and high-quality development of garden construction,it is necessary to design a smart garden framework system from the top layer,and to research and demonstrate its main functional modules.As a member of the writing team,the author participated in the formulation of the "Smart Garden Construction Specification" industry standard,studied the backbone system in the standard,and combined with the construction needs of the Beijing city sub-center,finally formed the Beijing Smart Garden Construction Service Platform,including public service System,environmental monitoring subsystem,management command subsystem,statistical analysis subsystem.In terms of resource services,it provides the public with information query services for gardens,greenery,plants,pests and diseases,and strengthens the public service of the platform;In terms of environmental monitoring,through real-time monitoring of various "water,soil,gas,and life" indicators,it provides managers with accurate data and situation analysis information to enhance the accuracy and initiative of the park's ecological environment management;In terms of management and command,through the information management of resources and the processing and notification of alarm messages,the timeliness and convenience of business processing are improved;in terms of information statistical analysis,analysis,various types of data are analyzed and visualized,intuitively display the law of data changes,reflect the characteristics of public behavior,and improve the ability to assist decision-making In addition,the platform also communicates with APPs to improve business processing efficiency.The platform developed in this research has been put into practical application in the Beijing city sub-center,providing comprehensive services for the public and managers,and provide a reference for the domestic smart garden construction.
