Research On Urban Road Traffic Congestion Management In Jinchang City,Gansu Province From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

In recent years,the urbanization level of Jinchang city has been greatly improved,reaching a high level of 77.4%.The number of motor vehicles has also exploded,and the contradiction between road supply and demand has gradually surfaced.To some extent,all aspects of urban traffic management have been unable to match the speed of urban economic and social development.The congestion of the main roads in the urban area during the morning and evening rush hours and the characteristic afternoon rush hours of Jinchang is not optimistic.The public has complained about this,and the negative sentiment has surged,which has restricted the urban development to some extent.The contradiction between the supply of urban transportation land and the demand of urban transportation is the most urgent problem to be solved in the process of urbanization of Jinchang.This paper mainly studies the status quo and countermeasures of urban road traffic congestion in Jinchang city,based on the traffic situation and city appearance of Jinchang city,through policy theory analysis,management mode and other aspects of the study.Using qualitative and quantitative analysis and other methods,from the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper compares the current situation and solutions of traffic congestion at home and abroad,and makes a preliminary study.In the early stage,I prepared by reading documents,consulting relevant information and statistical data of Jinchang,and observing the congestion area on the spot.The research content of this paper is closely combined with the actual traffic situation of Jinchang city.Based on the principle of practicality and innovation,it actively tries to explore a set of methods suitable for jinchang city to alleviate traffic congestion.Compared with purely theoretical research,it has more practical value.
